Hi Seniecka,
Thanks for the kind words. What I love about LFS movie making it's this total freedom and control over the camera's movement. If one wishes to hone his skills in movie making (auto themed), LFS's a great enviroment.
A short movie with moments from our league's season III ..which happened back in 2011, the capture happened in 2012 and finally the editing and making the video in a "free" afternoon in 2014.. .
^^ And some complain about tyre physics taking too long..
I've always loved the freedom and the posibilities for movie making in lfs environment. It's only up to the "director's" creativity. Great stuff Jens . It made me wanting to jump in a race imediately.
Thank you xTc,
Actually my wheel does work (after unplugging the G27); I am currently looking for a solution regarding the use of G27 shifter with it, and how/if I need to use profiles.
Offtopic-ish: I did find out something new though - didn't know about the Cronusmax . Does it really works plugging your T500 / G27 into an xbox360 ? Would be cool
Thanks for your replys. It looks that just unplugging the G27 solves most of the problem. Afterwards, it's just finding the good balance in forces. It's a pitty though, that I cannot use my H-shifter anymore .
What about "profiles" ? Is it possible to create/manage ? Are they needed ? (I was using them a lot with logitech profiler, because of the "recommended" settings in different games: rF, LFS, AC, ...). Is there a solution for t500 ?
Hi,
Could a owner of a T500RS give me some pointers to set this thing up, pls ? I just upgraded from G27, and I can't yet find the same/better feeling. There's basically no FFB resistance in game..
Also, is there a way to handle different settings for different games ? (like the Logitech Profiler does).
I am using tthe T500, but I have also kept the G27 connected in order to use the H-shifter.
Thank you.
PS:I have used the search function, but it's very difficult to find the informations.. every thread is either unanswered either a me vs you war..
I don't post very often, but I read the forum almost daily. Sometimes it seems like it has been taken under assault by just a few (same) people with name calling going in all directions. Even if some of the forumers feel like home here, even if you may be knowing each other very well to be able to cross the "polite" line, this remains a public forum and those kind of posts still create an unwelcome feeling "from the outside".
Sure, the forum itself and the moderation will not solve the problems in the world (being racism or other) BUT it sure can encourage keeping a civilized atmosphere. With apologies in advance, I really don't care how you are in the real life, as long as in here it's possible to stay polite and decent. It's all I'd like to see.
Of course, we can all go philosophical about the subject, for the love of arguing, but in the essence I think everybody can understand Scawen's point. And I for one, I concur.
PS: Too bad the forum's engine doesn't have a "Like Post" feature, would be easier
Hi there.
I am ashamed to admit that I have just discovered the option to enable the "full screen" view for TV Cam and Heli Cam, even when playing in 3 screens.. I have regretted many times (for the last 6 months or so) that this is not available, only to find that the option was always there..
Even if the chances are small, in case someone else shares the same "regret" here's the solution.
You have to previously select the desired view (Heli, or TV) in order to have the option available.
Anyone knows to corespondence between LFS FOV and AC FOV ?
I have used the ingame app to congifure my view for AC and it gave me a 35 deg FOV.. very strange at first.. but after some getting use to it, I kinda like it.. seems more real, and definitely can see curves better.
So, was thinking to try an equivalent in LFS and see how it is.
I see. In this case, a second question comes to mind
Should one desire so, could one change the car ? (if we used XRT in Round1, could we use FXO instead for Round2 ?)
Hey guys,
Thanks for the organization. It was a nice event.
Maybe a bit early, but just a quick question for the 2nd round. Looking on LFS World, the WR on FE4 are FXO 2:50.48 and XRT 2:53.13. Seems like a significant difference.
Will there be any kind of restriction for the FXO cars ?
DELETE Entry for Racing League Romania Team Car 1.
Finally decided to withdraw and leave the spot open for someone else. The competition is just too strong for our level at this point.
Have fun with the rest of the series (and thanks NDR for the organization).
