Quote from dawesdust_12 :I'm sorry. Your sentence makes no god damn sense. Please try again when you can use some proper grammar.

I understood it just fine, and Chrisuu01 has a good point I had actually started to type a reply to Boris' post earlier but thought "ugh, it's not worth bothering with" and hit the Back button.

I've got a 9800GTX+ so I think that shouldn't be a problem. Are you saying that shutter glasses give a better effect than the cheap ones you get at the theatre for example? 'Cause I was thinking of just taking one of those next time I go to the movies.

I've been thinking about trying out 3DVision. I just need to get some 3D glasses. Is it really worth it, though? I can't help but think it's more a gimmick than anything else.

Quote from danowat :I didn't think people still used the term "n00b"

Much less "pr0"

I'm sure it will be mentioned in the demo that assists are not availabe and that the cars will require a more experienced driver or something along those lines.

Quote from bunder9999 :dude, stop spamming the forums... i bet you don't even play LFS.

Of course he doesn't play LFS, there's no betting about it.

Just a spammer.

Quote from durbster :Mouse gestures were what held me to Opera for years, but I installed Stroke It a few months ago and now have mouse gestures in all browsers (well, in everything in fact)

It's the future of interfaces.

Hmm, that's a nice little app and I'm sure it's useful to many people, but not for me. I don't want to have a third party app having to load at startup just so I can have mouse gestures in Chrome. I can't think of any other application I use frequently that would benefit from having mouse gestures.

Thanks for the link, though

Not in the Stable version (don't know about Dev or Beta), but if you don't want to keep history, cookies or anything just press ctrl+shift+N to open an Incognito window. Nothing is stored that way.

Ah, Jakg's post made me think that extensions were now available for the stable version as well, because they've been available for the Dev channel for a while. Oh well...

Double post but... Are extensions still only available for the Dev channel? 'Cause I can't install any. Running 3.0.195.33, it says it's up to date

Hmm I don't think they sell it over here. At least I've never seen it.

Isn't there some kind of extension that makes google chrome work with speech recognition? It would be so much easier if it worked like Internet explorer.

Quote from Forbin :If you don't already have CS:S, you're very strange.

I'm strange then I loved the original CS and played the shit out of it, but I became so fed up with all the cheats and cheaters that eventually I gave up on it. I haven't played any other shooter online since then, as they all tend to be infested with cheating ****s.

5€ is a good deal, though

Quote from _--NZ--_[HUN] :In Hungary you have to indicate regardless of the conditions and you can fail the test instantly if you forget to indicate once. But people forget this as soon as they get their licence...

It's the same here, and it's the way it should be IMO. You indicate regardless of traffic around you. I don't care if you're driving on the friggin' Northpole, if you make a turn you indicate. You shouldn't have to think about it, either, it's something you just do. There aren't many things that annoy me more in traffic than people who don't bother to indicate. And for some reason it's usually people in big BMW's, Audi's, Mercedes' and the like. What, do indicators come as an option in those cars?

Quote from DeadWolfBones :There's an adblocker and a mouse gestures extension. That's all I needed.

Ah, mouse gestures are what I miss in Chrome, I'll have a look at that

Quote from dawesdust_12 :Maybe I'm just lazy, but I don't mind adverts.

Neither do I. In fact I hardly ever even notice them

Quote from Jakg :Facebook AdBlock is nice, as is a Facebook + Gmail notifier thingy.

I don't use Facebook and already use Multi G to keep track of my Gmail.

So... I'll just get the mouse gestures extension and I'll be good

Quote from spoong :That's a VW LT engine in your 740, Volvo only made petrol engines, they bought in the diesel. Now if you were asking for the sound of the B234F twin cam 16v from the 740GLT, I could understand it.

lol, volvo engine geek

Hey whaddayaknow, it's Spoong! Congrats on your first post, mate Haven't seen you on the server (or the forum) for quite some time now. Then again I hardly ever play LFS myself anymore. You still racing?
