What the hell is wrong with you people??? Tires burning because of a blow out? Then i'd be rolling on fire everytime i'd puncture a tube on my bike!!! And that was at least 5 or more times this year alone (and it was generally a very good year). Nitrogen is put in, as said, solely because moisture makes the pressure changes more unpredictable. Pure nitrogen is dry and the pressure raises (or lowers) linearly with the temperature. And don't give stupid comments about not changing the pressure from heating/cooling. No substance known to man can do that. Everything changes size (and/or shape) when heated/cooled down. Gasses exapnd a whole lot mroe than for example metal. But if train tracks were welded togheter and screwed down, they would warp like as nake. And that has happened. Don't know how they keep TGV's track straight and true because those are welded (because they have to be smooth for the train not to derail at 320 kph and that is also a lot more comfotrable). They are prolly anchored down like mad.

Maybe NASCAR is affected a whole lot more by this. In F1 for example you can't even slip stream properly because of the front car's downforce (from the rear spoiler and the difusor).

Ever heard of a key on the keyboard that has a sign on it called 'dot'? Or 'comma'? Geez...

Anywho, LX6 is IMO very very hard to drive. Dunno, maybe it's just my f**ked up MOMO pedals because the throttle is moving up and down like a weight on a spring... So basicly no throttle control for me

MoE has streams now. One spectator that puts out the image and that is streamed forwards. The only problem is a good link by the spectator.

LFS has way too many open wheelers. 4 is enough i think. But i do dislike them and prefer touring/GTR cars So a DBR9/M3 GTR/320si WTCC is what a i want (well, lookalikes, FRs with N/A engines, 'DBR9' would need some competition, that a FZR Turbo could bring , and FR competition to UFR/XFR)

Wear the tires down to almost paper thin and be amazed at how quickly they cool off. Not even South City can keep R3 fronts hot on an UFR.

Quote from ajp71 :I think all Logitech wheels use an optical encoder which can theoretically keep turning foreveryour issue would be rewiring/programing the wheel to accept multiple turns and adding somekind of end stop to stop the calibration getting messed up. TBH I think it would be time consuming and probably not get anywhere, certainly no quick fix.

If i'm not blind whenever i open up my MOMO, i think the optical sensor actually sits on the FFB motor's shaft, which means it spins around madly as hell...

I have a different question. How to convience Logitech drivers i have a driving force PRO when in fact i have a MOMO Racing? I guess setting the FFB stop at 450° would mean the MOMO would only do 135°. Regear it to do 900° and that's it :> I managed to make it appera as a Driving Force and full lock meant 180° in the driver's display.

Well if modding would be very very VERY hard that only the bravest would attempt, only the most persistent and skilled would prevail and we'd have only good stuff. Kinda like RBR is at the moment.

geeman well, a barrier and a lot of tyres, would that suffice? And you could put the barrier AFTER the hairpin only and stack huge amounts of tires before the barrier itself. Or maybe put two barriers 1 meter appart, put the wrong route between them and that's it. And make a permament barrier around the grass island that we have now.

Obviously some barriers would be placed there and the wrong route system would be changed...

THe problem is, if the devs had anything to do with it (and they approved the mods), car companies could demand payment from them. Just because of the involment. And paying for the downloads sucks - what about those of us that don't have a credit card and can't pay for the skins (sent the money via post for S1/S2)? We have the lower res skins. But what witht he mods then? Invisible cars beating us?

I'm curious too. Standing still with the throttle floored in second gear, no clutch pedal pressed and i could only hear the engine. And ofcourse the smell, THE SMELL!

Cooling the clutch, easy. 2 tubes, open them up in a pitstop, hook one up to something, that will force cold air into it, hot air will go out of the second. Close them up (seal them) and you're on your way. The cooling could be done by sub zero alcohol running through a radiator, through which the air going into the clutch would go :P
