Matte finish is nice togheter with shiny parts. Not on a car but it would be nice on a helmet. Imagine a flame design where the flame is shiny and the rest is matte. That would make the flames stand out even more. But it's not possible with jpg skins i'm affraid.

D1 cars don't count. And 36° is plenty. A friend of mine tried to drift with 33 and less back in S1 days. It was a challenge for him.

1,4 straight 4 turbo from BMW, an engine block from a road going car with at least 100k miles on the clock, boost somewhere from 3,5 to 5 bar and 1300 to the estimated 1400 bhp.

And yes, in F1 this tyre would probably just bend out of the way. Take a look at the V8 tyre deformation video. You'll be amazed how accurate LFS is and how much the tyres bend, flex, squat, basicly everything you'd imagine

We should start with a stock car in n/a racing series and work up! As your team gets more cash your car/s get better, for example you should be able to work up from a xrg to a xrt spec engine But you should be able to uprate turbo's etc, JUST LIKE REAL RACE DRIVERS DO. Also engine conversions would be nice, so you can have sleepers. JUST LIKE REAL RACERS DO.

And on the subject of me wanting spoilers. Why not? ooh no hold on, shit your right, Race cars dont have spoilers and different rims.

Guess what, WTCC cars, BMW 3 series, Seat leon, Alfa 156 and Chevrolet Lacetti drive on the same rims with the same spoilers mroe or less the whole season. As it was said, different spoilers and bits and bobs are put on in some races in some championships, for example in F1. But they put TONS of money into development, the designers can let their imagination go wild. With 5 parts that you are limtied to, where one is faster than other, guess which one would be used most? Yup, the fastest one. No point in modding. More or less no point in changing rims. What for? race cars have 1 purpose. To go fast. If they look good, hey, even better! it's all about being light, having the most powerful engine and the best aerodynamics. Wheter it's all the same cars on the grid or only 2 from a team. All the design is driven towards going faster. If you want the car to look nice, go play need for Speed. Seriously.

We already have a wannabe Porsche (FZ50), the SilEighty is just an 180SX with S1x front bumper and lights, XRT is simmilar, no need for a Grand Cherokee IMO, we don't have any tracks for that, about the EVO X concpet, dunno. RB4 again comes close but is a tad less powerful. But again, it's a real car, licensing.

Why don't you rather buy a licence so the devs willhave more money with which there will be mroe chances of licenced cars :P

I understand the hoods being an option on the "road" LX cars. If we even got a racing version, though, I would fully expect (and hope) that the hood is not an option. Ahh how long have we been asking for a slick-shod racing LX? No screen, no lights, full roll-cage, panel over the removed passenger seat, less weight, maybe a slightly wider track. Wouldn't even have to be more powerful than the LX6 to be fun (for me anyway). They must surely be saving it for S3. Shame.

Heck, even an LX4 with slicks would be fun. Lot's of grip and low power so you'd have to be VERY careful to take the right line to keep the speed up as much as possible

The Skyline actually doesn't have much lag. It's 'only' 350 ghp and it has twin turbo, and besides that, the turbo fans are ceramic which makes them VERY light. That decreases spool up time and hey presto, less lag.

Seriously. More or less no big cars in LFS, would be nice to have a GTR but keep on dreaming. Work on that grammar though. And desert rally endurance cars? Like the pajero Evo from Paris - Dakar? where are you going to drive those? A 2.0 L turbo AWD would be much better for LFS IMO. Togheter with a rally pack ofcourse. If the car was just added, i'd rather see that car to be orientated towards touring cars, like a competition to XFR/UFR togheter with some RWD cars. Audi A4 Quattro from a few years back anyone?
