If its LFS youre having trouble with its most likely the CPU being a bottleneck. Pentium 4's were long in the tooth in '07, so 5 years later you can probably get the idea of how good they are compared to modern stuff.
Right, those mods didnt work, just crashes on the intro, and now it wont allow me to delete the files and just sets the folder to read only all the time!
EDIT: got rid of that and done a fresh install. But crashes on loading screen if I add that Stage 1 file. OR add any vehicles or parts for that matter!
Just seen race 3 from barbagallo. Great ending! Definately one of the best set of final laps. Loved the radio at the end... "pass them both or take them out"
this has been mentioned (Though its probably by you if I look back on the automation forum!) and is being looked at I believe.
Progress is very good at the moment, and it is 99% user feedback for new additions etc to the game, the devs are very good with sharing the development! Been playing it a few months now and its come on leaps and bounds.
Rpm ranges are more about Primary lengths on the manifold I thought? IE longer primarys = higher powerband, shorter primarys and longer secondarys = low power band/a bit less power but longer curve.
But yeah, the exahust dimensions seem about right, 1.75" primaries on a pinto are ok up to 200bhp!
Starter could be a dodgy starter solenoid, as klutch said, wack it with a hammer and see if that loosens it off. though low battery voltage would also mean there wasnt enough charge to move the solenoid which would alos give the click.
Dead Men Racing currently have XRT at BLGP running, usually people about in the evening. Uses FCV which I think might put some off though. But I've managed and I always normally use chase view. Nice clean races too.
