The collision detection LFS has atm, in my personal oppinion is good. Racing means NOT going 200mph into someone whos sitting still. I've never experianced the effects that people have stated (when you are inside the other car and go flying) i am occasionaly door to door with a few people, especialy when overtaking on a tight bend and i still dont get it, neiter does the other person to my knowledge.

Whats there atm does its job. It allows contact and not "ghost" racing whereby their is no collisions and people can pass thought eachother.

I've noticed some people have some lurvly rims, brakes and other parts in their renders. I was wondering, are they made by yourselfs of were they baught / free download from a site? I've attempted to make my own brake disks but tbh they look shit in comparison to others. I want to make me renders as good as possible, even if i have to learn how to make the parts! (even tho the brakes floped) It'll allow me to learn more.

I've tried endlessly to complete this fooking layout! I get to the maze of tyre walls and arrows then get lost when i get out of there. Also, if u go to fast into them tyres at the beggining, or have the wrong setup, you smash into them, go flying and get a massive penalty

Also, what is "13_mtl_BF1 - BMW Sauber_s_windxrALPHA" and where can if be found? Is it the wee window on the front? If so will the normal window setup work (from the tutorial)

I know a few female mate of mine have given up on gaming due to events such
as this. not on LFS tho (they hate racing games unfortunatly) but things like
CS:S and COD2. They would have half the team following them just because
their name was a girls name.

I for one dont see the point in shit like this. Wow, a girl is playing a game, so
fookin what? Arent girls alowed to pick up a game and be good at it? And
following them just because their a girl is technicly stalking (virtual or real) as
they are in a way, invading your private space, especialy if you move server and
they follow, as i would imagine would freak you out / get on your nerves. I would
say name and shame them, then they will fook off.
