Unfotunatly i heard their selling GTHD with a few tracks and cars, the rest you gotta buy online through the PS3's online thing (like XBLive) Unlike where in PGR3 where you get a full game and can accuire cars later as they are released, GTHD will basicly be sold blank, and the rest you buy as you need / want for tracks, cars and other bits and bobs. But, whether or not they have changed this i dont know as i aint checked.

Their IS sound in heli cam, its just much more quiet than before (im guessing its to do with distance and sound calculations.) imo much more realistic but turn your sound up loud and you can hear it.

I will try out sound and unlocking in Vista 64 tommorow and report back.

Agree with what Android says, also to add, try and not go into the cars with the free cam. there were a few times the cam showing the wheel then went inside the wheel.

But overall a nice vid to watch.

I used money orders to get my licence. But i sent mine from England, to England, and that took 1 - 3 days (Cant remeber anymore) but i dont know how long it takes to get over the pond.

But as soon as they get the money order, usualy before 12noon (GMT) your account is updated to S2, no code needed.

Vista isnt just a facelift. It's been completly re-coded and works in a differnt way to XP. I've been running RC1 for 1 - 2 weeks and its been rather good so far. My CPU usage is below 10% when im just browsing the net or listening to music which is a step in the right direction from the Beta 2. (it was about 50% doing the same thing) And if MS can get the ram usage down shit loads, i think Vista will be a very, very good piece of kit. Even tho my wheel dont work, everything else i've pluged in does.

I was waiting for someone to steal a chop; Been increasing recently.

No, it would make life easier if we did as i have experience running a LFS server like that (on an old server for an older clan i was in, only was was remote desctoping to the server.)

Yup, Clanforge. They have uploading facilities for files for game servers (such as a settings config file or a sound file) but not a whole server imho.

I know that you can get LFS servers from people like 500servers and stuff, but i already have my own server (box) thats capable of hosing game servers. But the system of which we (the clan admins) are given allows us to choose a game, but not install one. So i can choose to get a Half Life 2 server or a Quake 4 server up and running for example, but LFS aint on the list. So i was asking if anyone has a LFS server running on a Multiplay server (box) and how they did it if so.

Me clan has our own dedi box, and i want to set-up our own LFS server. But were using multiplay and clanforge to admin / operate the servers and stuff and where i go to choose a new game profile, LFS aint listed. Also when my clan leader asked a multiplay tech guy on their irc, he said "Whats Live for Speed?" so im guessing he's never heard of it.

Main question is, is it possible (like have any of you got a LFS server on a multiplay box) and how you did it.

As far as im concerned, i'd rather have a a working game with no bugs before sound and graphics. IMO what we got atm does the job nicely (even though they do sound weird, they do their job.) And it seems like its real easy to get realistic sounds on what we got atm, so i guess that the good sounds are being held back for a big update / full S2

Maybe if you host a LFS server as well as another racing game or two (as some people/clans play more than one racing game online) or another game like CSS or something then it might be a bit better value for money. Small idea.

It looks like a normal AI + 1 human race to me. Start at back, overtake the AI within a few turns then win..

Also to note, it works 100% fine on my sisters laptop. 1 - 2 years ago i got a PCI tv tuner card thing for me comp. (normal 5 channel telly thing) and every time i started the software to watch telly, i get "Capture Device Failure"

Since then i've got basicly everything new hardware wise, gfx card, mobo, cpu etc, the only thing from the old system back then that i still got is a HDD which is now slave, yet i doubt this is the prob.

I tried recently with my mates WinTV Freeview USB stick and that also said the same when it came to running the program, and now i got a freecom one. Dads mate cant get freeview in his area so if i can get it to work, its mine, but i get capture device failure! Anyone know a solution? Or has this prob/knows a solution.
