I never liked this because i had never driven it, and when i did i could never handle it. So tonight i made a quick setup and started testing the beast!

Learn to drive fast, but do not think about it just let it happen and you'll be quicker once you reach that 'zone' (Yanno where time just flys and you're unaware of anything around you.)

Know what todo, do it and be commited! When approaching a corner for example plan what you are going todo a few yards back, and stick to it.

Always look ahead, never whats directly infront. This will spare you of any close calls with people up front.

Most of all have fun! If its becoming a struggle and you're getting frustrated move on! You'll never been fast when you're in a bad state of mind!

Ok so today in Redline Racing, i had a brilliant thought, that i guess so many others have possibly had. What about the introduction of voice communication within LFS? Obviously make it an optional feature for every server, with the ability to mute others player, much like Counter Strike. Much like CS the bandwidth isnt hefty but this can be changed by the server to allow for better or worse quality depending on bandwidth allowance.

Im sure someone else mentioned it, and yes there are a few reason why it'd be a horrible idea (idiots screaming, verbal abuse) but as everyone can hear it, it can be dealt with accordingly. And with the added option of muting certain players, it would kill out all the annoying gits. The only remaining issue is the fact every speaks a different language, but im sure that wont be much of an issue, and quite fun!

P.S : It would also give me an advantage, making everyone laugh and crash, and then laughing at them for crashing. EVERY LITTLE HELPS!

Most of you people claim graphics arent that important when playing, but believe me they are aslong as they're done tastefuly. Take GT4 for example, i love it, because of its massive car list but also because of its graphics. A bit of bling will cover any imperfections and will draw all the little moths to the flame that is LFS.

Its a bit of a half way house, LFS is no longer a small project that 3 people can handle, its exploded and it requires a bigger team (IMO) and a community driven game as much as its a good thing, it could easly become a negative thing. Dont restrict it, let it grow.

I love my DFP, does all i need it too, but i dont use FF, its too unrealistic by any means. Although id like my DFP to rumble when i run over kerbs, but thats about it, i just hate the amount of friction there is just turning with FF or that center feed back jargon.

This sort of news is becoming all too frequent. I lost a female friend who got knocked over by a car on her first day of secondary school. And ive known a few people who have left us this way too.

I agree with fragile_dog - bbuck im not sure if you live in the UK but this is something that happens almost everywhere. The people who 'under achieve' get offered this crap, and yeah all they do is go buy rubbish with it! Drugs booze the lot, and the tax payer has to fund it?

We fund chav's and loosers and encourage them to take the piss easy road of sponging... Some are not like this and genuinely have a real use/need for the money, and i don't think anyone will have anything to say against that. Like many others, i was never offered the 'life skill's course at college to get payed to go.. I had to do a boring diploma in computer science retake my math gcse exam and take the haunting looks from the teacher for my leet warez skills. She was dead sexy though, but had a bun in the oven at the time.

Im running Server 2003, and im very much aware on how to 'secure' my system, but it gets to the point where you just run out of new passwords without forgetting them!! As much as i hate the little phuck he know's how to work a windows box, so ill have to write my own tool or something, or make myself a metal keyboard and have a 240v wire hooked on it ready to fry him!

Smells alot like dual core? Im sure someone else around here had the same trouble with the clocks being out of sync. And he was on a Dual core Athlon i believe....

Could you possibly list all your PC components, and what operating system you're running etc..

This will give me and everyone else an idea as to what you're running, and possibly narrow it down. From what you're saying it sounds like CPU issues, but thats a wild guess. Or perhaps even a misconfigured router/modem or some sort of firewall software.

Ive been playing with these new textures for a while now, and yeah, the only thing thats at fault for me is the grass color (too saturated)... Ill have to look into that myself, i think the track is perfect though Hot of the tarmac press Looks good!

Yes would indeed work, my old wheel was a Playstation 1 wheel, so i hacked the cables up on that (was feely ultra cheap) all you need is some USB -x- XBOX converter and some generic drivers to run it. I might have just the drivers you're looking for too!
