If you do find such a site Byku please post back here and let me know.. I've got my hands on GTR2 and I'm looking to knock together a RUF CTR 'Yellowbird' and wanted all the specs I could find on it.

The LX8 was only difficult to drive due the the shoddy tyre simulation in that patch, now with the updated tyres and the way LFS runs today, I'm sure the LX8 would be a great addition to the game. I think the only reason it hasn't been added yet (or ever) is because it has no rival or anything for it to go against.

I still have the copy of 0.5F on my server downstairs but there really isn't much point handing it out, firstly I don't think it unlocks any more and secondly its really awful to drive (and I love the LX6) .

Is that all you can bring to this? That it would 'probably' be over 100 degrees?

What if the tyre was 20 degrees to begin with? What if the track temperature is even colder? Will the tyre still heat up over 100 degrees on the first 'drift' or will it be less?

Personally I think the tyre heats are OK in my opinion, But I have little technical knowledge to actually confirm this, they do however just 'feel' right to me.

I recommend a YZF426/450 (But only cause I've had em :razz - Also get in contact with Nakkitartsani cause he rides and happens to live in Finland.

The XRR is like a very sharp fine knife, its deadly if you find someone who can wield it properly, but if you're inexperienced a big sledgehammer that goes by the name of 'FZR' will come along and stomp you.

The FZR is defiantly the easier car to drive, it requires less input to keep it balanced in corner entry and little on exit.

I don't drive the FXR. :rolleyes:

Your mum hates dogs, and by the looks of things you're probably no older then 15, my advice to you would be to mature a little or think about getting a cat. A Rottweiler isn't a dog, its a machine, and one that can kill pretty easily. We've had ours for about 3 years now and I can tell you its no walk in the park.

Make sure your pedals are on a separate axis and not combined.

Your differential settings sound and look a little weird, I'm sure you're losing a lot of time each lap because of it.


Good race though, although you could of probably taken him a lap sooner if you had only waited a little longer.

I think Tristan covered it perfectly, there's also one guy within Mercury (I wont mention who cause that'll ruin his reputation ) that's blabbering on about getting a PS3 just for this game.

There's no doubt GT5 looks the business, but with hardware like the PS3 and the development funds that Kazunori and Polyphony have, what exactly do you expect?

I love Gran Turismo but it started to suck after GT2 was put out, all the other releases are just terrible. Its nice to be able to 'drive' these cars and 'tune' them, but none of them react properly and all become generic in terms of handling once you've 'tuned' them a little bit.
