Well, we just tested out the multiclass by doing the JETTA, Spec Racer and Legend Advanced @ Limerock! That was brilliant..... the times were so close to each other...........
I do the skippy season every time and love it! I've used the same two setups each season and they seem to do me well. Managed to get in to the 33's @ Mosport with the VIR setup.
Give them a try. The Lime setup is not as loose and great for bumpy tracks with sweeping bends like limerock while the VIR set is much more loose and great for VIR, Mosport etc.

not sure on the purchasing but it was my understanding that multiclass racing was coming to iracing as an official series WHEN you didn't have to have BOTH or all cars. Split times is supposed to be coming in this build I heard at the cost of some engine update, which will come next build.
I definitely don't think they are right... but I think to be able to have so many drivers from all over the World at one time, is bound to have some sort of issues with lag etc....
Just to say, in offline mode you can use any car/track combo that you own, not all that iRacing have as you have to buy a large proportion of content after the stock stuff that comes with the basic package.
the choices are to get your B license up to 4.0 by driving C and lower class cars then drive the A class off the bat or drive cars like the vette. Personally, I'd get to 4.0 and go for the DP Riley, which I love. Also, if you get to 4.0 and drive an A class Car, that can count toward your needed MPR to progress from B to A, without needing to buy a class B!
It is a difficult one but I do agree. I think the jump from the rookie to the Skippy series is a huge one in terms of the content needed. I think they should add in more stock content and change the bought track content each series. This way, it makes the class D more affordable for those coming through the ranks.
