I've got an old 1940's or 50's Turntable with a beautiful cabinet. But I can't be troubled to fix the bloody thing and get it working. + When my kids were younger they played frisbee in the basement with my records
I think the FXR is winning when restricted because you can keep your foot planted most of the time and keep momentum up. This is harder to do with a restricted FZR.
I like to tease the guys on our team who drive the FXR lots, I tell them to get out of the "Trainer car" and into a "Real mans car"
I'm just jealous because they are beating me most of the time the rotten buggers
Hmmmmmm Don't know if the kid will fit down the drain ....if that dosen't work we'll give em a copy of LFS and a laptop and they will be happy to sit staring at the screen for hours.
2: Be aware of your background. (Most cameras will take excelent pictures on auto now if you need it. But only you can decide on the background that makes your subject the center of attention.)
My Nikon tip for you is don't use Auto uless you have to. Use Program instead. The camera will go through 30 000 samples to match up what your shooting against the closest in its sample of images.
rFactor looks like crap and handles like crap but it sounds wicked:evil:
Try the Gills sound packs http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=44432 they are very good and you sound like your going faster, even if your not.
The only way to get a banner upthere is to offer something to the community.
The RSR site has a very good news section devoted to SIM Racing in general but a good bit of it is solely for LFS this is what enables the banner to be on the forums.
But I will say this. It dosen't matter!, you still get more buttons than any other wheel and it works friggin great.
Way better than the old DFP and not much more money.
I have this wheel and absolutly love it. I bought it a month or so ago to replace my Wingman Formula ForceGT.
Having never owned a G25 I can't say how it compares...but after hearing people moan about the old DFP's lack of responsivness I can assure you this wheel is fast and very responsive.
I picked mine up for $97.00+Tax and it is worth every penny.
Get one M8 you won't regret it. At th emoment your computer and the Wingman drivers only see it as an old DFP but even without all the buttons working it is great.
You still get all the old DFP buttons just not the new ones yet.
Sam you read my mind!! I bet all the Gas and resources that we have are going to look tastier and tastier to the US in the years to come. Don't be suprised one day if you see us being helped (invaded) by the US Army for our own good
Our Weapons of Mass Destruction are hiding in our igloos. (We like to call them Doobies, Spliff, Joints, Weed)
Also remember to start going around the track in say 2nd gear...resist the urge to go faster
Then on your next lap go a bit faster then faster on the next and so on.
Everytime you go a bit faster the track will just come to you. And most of all have fun and don't get frustrated. If you try too hard it will just get harder.
Now I will tell you right off I am no computer wizard at all!!!!!!
But you might want to try this clear calibration tool. Then reinstall all your drivers and such and try again.
Of course I'm talking about the other guy. Sorry if I quoted wrong wasn't implying you cracked the game.
He is a Demo user needing sounds for cars he isn't supposed to have.
