Yea the angle mirrors thing has been in the improvement section now for about as long as I've been part of LFS..
As for seeing who's beside you going in to a turn, the only way you can do that in a car in the real world is looking around.. standard mirrors for sure don't do that!
Unless you install extra wide angle mirrors on your car..

@Forbin, yea the racing school at RA is kinda like that, it's classroom for several hours, do a little autox cone work to get a feel for the car, lunch, hit the classroom again, and eventually hit the track, and the second day it's more classroom, then track again and back and forth
Minimum age for the cars though is you have to at least have a beginners license so..
At that age then you just have to beg your parents in the first place to drive you to the track, and then figure out who's going to pay for it all!

Older problems with more 'realistic' mirrors was increased calculations (less FPS), but really they will only help on outside mirrors, the rear mirror would be restricted (seeing rear window, spoilers.. etc.)

Not 100% true, there are a good number of very positive demo users that give back to the community.

When you grow older logitek you will realize the true uselessness of cussing, I never cussed in highschool but maybe once, first semester of college everyone I was friends with he shouted our heads off with cuss words because we were out of highschool and thought we were cool, by the time second semester came around we started to realize how truly pointless and idiotic we sounded.
I hate it when little kids cuss, I want to punch them in the face for knowing that junk anyways.

Honestly if I had loads of money just sitting around I would totally host some types of competitions of all sorts of stuff (anyone can be fast but being fast doesn't mean you deserve a license), but seeing i'm a college student with no job.. don't count on it from me right now lol

Unless you're working on poster size images, you don't really need it that much, 4GB will suit you just fine.
I mean sure you can go ahead and get the 6GB of ram, but that's only 2 more gb of something you may not even use. I still say save that money and wait for ram prices to drop considerably (like they always do)
Just.. whatever you do, don't.. get.. a 9400M in a laptop, it sounds nice and all.. but it's an integrated card, I didn't realize that until two months ago.
It rapes my mothers' stupid toshiba laptop, we have it set to run at 3AM but it runs whenever it feels like and it just it's like.. EXCUSE ME! CAN'T YOU SEEM IM BUSY?!?! it just freaks out and I just hate it.
I mean if I had a desktop that was faster and could just churn away at stuff .. maybe, but I like to use every drop of power my machine can lend me so..
I mean like I said, if you're just safe about it and not an idiot, there isn't to to much of a reason to freak out about it.
