Yeah, I found that with the JpzE100 on the test server. It's supposedly horrifically underpowered but I was consistently in the top 4 players for XP gain on the fancy new battle stats screen (also something new I love).
I really enjoy the physics, even in my ELC (although most tanks I drive are slow to medium speed). I like the 'clunk' noises now as you drive over rough obstacles, it gives more of an impression that you're not driving on a carpet.
WG mentioned that most tanks would now suffer a small speed penalty if you drive in a straight line over everything like before, to encourage people to spend more time picking their routes.
I've not had any problem with the looks, bloom only seems to be excessive in the desert maps. I'm also not bothered at all with sounds as I'll be replacing them as soon as 8.0 is installed

I seem to have fixed it although I'm not entirely sure how.
The cable came today so I thought I'd have one last go to see if could salvage my photos before I reset it back to factory settings and reinstalled everything. Didn't work, I git the same crash/reboot/crash cycle when it was plugged in and it reset far too fast to move anything onto the PC.
I'd turned on the wifi and had it sat on top of my PC above the cooling fans while I was doing something else and then picked it up in the hope of getting AirDroid to connect wirelessly so I could maybe save something. I noticed it had updated a load of app and had stopped crashing!
So... either it managed to update whatever app was causing the crash, which patched the problem, or (and I hope it isn't this) it's overheating badly; hence having it above the fans possibly stopped the crash.
I've had it away from the fans for 20 minutes or so now and no crash so fingers crossed.

I'm nicely settled into my VK3601, T40, Churchill and ELC at the moment, my good steady regulars. Apart from the ELC they all have ~60% w/r

Never had the time or consistency (or, to be honest, the inclination) to play clan wars. The gold ammo would just make it boring as every shot would penetrate no matter where you aimed or how you were angled.

Game starts, tear off and find a bush somewhere for a few minutes' passive spotting, then head back to friendly lines and find where the enemy have left their lines open; then dive through, murder their arty, and head back to troll the hell out of heavy tanks who don't have the gun depression to hit you when you're hugging their sides.

I always think the Multipla looks like you can slide out the passenger compartment and swap it with other modular peices to make (for example) a pickup or a van.

Waiting for a micro-USB cable to be delivered (I've managed to mislay the 3 or so I have) and I'll have a go with it plugged into the PC.
Not rooted. Standard ICS firmware. I wondered if safe mode might let me get rid of whatever's causing it by trial and error but I can't seem to make it enter it.

Anyone have any idea if I can save this?
My SGS2 has started crashing/rebooting constantly. It turns on, works for maybe 15 seconds then freezes and resets. I've not (manually) updated any apps or installed anything new, so I have no idea what's causing it.
I have a feeling it's going to be a Factory Reset job, but is there any way I can save my data first?

All Microsoft 2010 products have dropped their traditionally-amazingly-useful F1 context search help files, and now automatically use Bing instead. Which just brings up forums posts about similar but entirely unrelated things.
The direct upshot of this is that I now just use Google to search for help. It's like ray-hee-hain on your wedding day.
