Before the final round of 2024 there are several changes in performance balancing:
CAMMERA 730 TURBO proved itself as very fast in straights,so it should be slowed down a little - it receives additional 1% intake restriction to reach total of 11%.
FREUD SERRA could not keep up with other cars as good as expected,so it's 1% restriction is now removed.
FXO Turbo is still one of the fastest cars especially with years of setup developement,so it will get another 1% intake restriction - new requirement is 6%.
XF COUPE TURBO is beating competition with it's agility,so it will receive a minor weight addition of 5kg - the new total is 30kg.

2nd half of the 4 round season takes action to Westhill - only environment where VERL has run at least one race on every of it's seasons, including league's inaugural race back in 2015 and first race with the new car 2 years ago. This season the shorter configuration National will be used in reversed direction - a track has a very tricky tightening 1st turn, preceeded and followed by 2 longest straights. The twisty middle portion of the course will require patience with throttle pedal - unleashing all 600 horsepower at wrong time will surely cause spin.
Defending winner of the round is the same driver, who has won both races this season - if he happens to repeat the performance and take all points from this round,he can take early vacation as the title will be already secured. The best battles are expected to be for 2nd position in drivers standings and for nations cup while teams championship has a distinct leader already.
Round info:
Track: WE National Reversed (WE1R)
Laps: 46
Previous winners: [MRc] Zesty (2023), [FM]ˆチαtαι (2022), RGˆRony (2015)
First of all - WCL guys pay me nothing (except the prize money I occasionally win) and even if they would,it still would not affect anything in judgement,so please don't start accusing such nonsence. Second - for someone who has been banned from so many events and servers, you still feel like a wrongfully accused angel, who never done anything. But in this case you're the one who initiated this incident with absolutelly unnecessary dive between P.Koivunen's car and edge of the track when entering turn - here's picture of moment right before initial contact:
There is absolutelly no chance to go through turn with this line without hitting car ahead and yet you still have no brake input (despite being faster than car few centimeters ahead) right before the contact. Additionally what decided the penalty is your action at the end of the incident:
Steering input towards the sideways car right ahead and full throttle input - how this can help the situation?
Simply said - if you destroy someone else's possible good race result with your thoughtless action, administration will destroy your good race result with penalty. If you feel that being unfair, feel free not to join this event - many drivers will have one overly agressive driver less to worry about.
Tbug releases brakes during entry of turn with car directly ahead, hits it and does not avoid further contacts. Additionally Motimoukari directly behind does not react on incident ahead - controls show full throttle input with spinning car ahead well in visibility range.
* PENALTIES :
[SyN] tBug - receives 30 seconds penalty added to his finish time for avoidable incident in turn 1 of lap 1. With driver's history of incidents,it will be again treated as final warning before race ban!
ZFRL•Motimoukari - receives a warning for failure to react on incident ahead.

Ibusha Saga is the 3rd mod car which makes it's return to RTFR - the XRG like coupe this time was run on track with more than 3 left turns. 32 drivers qualified for this race which is 6 less than in previous race with the same car - the average attendance will keep it in the top10 of all time most attended cars and 2nd place between cars used more than once. Seems like not everyone was able to adapt to this car - some had their troubles to perform at their usual level, including all time most successful driver, who retired during the race while running 4th.
The 2-time RTFR race winner TJ qualified just 4th,but quickly adapted to race situation, gaining one position after other, taking also race lead on 9th lap with relativelly small battle - the brazilian led the last 5 laps to score his 3rd RTFR race win, scoring also his 11th top5 finish. Current standings leader and winner of latest 2 races was the fastest in qualifying and scored his 10th pole position, but during the race he had to concede the 8 laps long race lead and settle for 2nd place finish within 2 seconds of race winner, scoring his 26th top5 finish, taking also the fastest lap of the race - also his 10th. For the irishman Twincam this was the best qualifying in RTFR - 2nd place is 2 positions better than his previous best result achieved in 314th RTFR,however he lost a position during the race and was able just to repeat his best finishing result - 3rd position, which is his 6th top5 finish. 4th place finish for Unite marked his 87th top5 finish, which is now sole 2nd highest count in the chart,7 less than highest count. For the 2nd race in row top5 was closed by Arska, who scored his 32nd top5 finish.

The car previously used in Retro Cup was unleashed with it's raw performance this tuesday on a standard LFS race course - the longest one of all. With laptimes just below 3 minutes (or for few drivers above 3 minutes) the track alone gave some endurance-ish feeling, the 75 minutes race around it turned into a proper tyre failure drama, catching out also few top5 candidates. 31 drivers qualified, setting the highest attendance since february race, which coincidentally was also run with a Porsche based GT racecar, however only 29 actually started,24 crossed the finish line with 2 others being classified in results.
The top2 drivers are the same who duelled in 2 past normal RTFR races, however a proper duel never happened this time - Gábor took matters in his hands from early on,taking all the achievables from this race. Even if by just 7 hundredths of a second over the 8.8km course, the hungarian was fastest in qualifying, scoring his own record improving 13th pole position, led 19 of 26 laps to score his 11th RTFR XL race win (tying 2nd most),setting also fastest lap of the race (tying all time most),his top5 count now reaches the number of Black Jack - 21. A.Valta was the only driver not left far away by leader - he led 7 laps (6 more than in his only winning RTFR XL race) during pitstop shuffling and finished in strong 2nd place less than 10 seconds behind winner, scoring his 3rd top5 finish, while 2nd place in qualifying is 1 position better than his previous best result. Best of the rest was Rejekt, who finished 3rd already 47 seconds behind winner, scoring his 3rd top5 finish. He was closelly followed by 2 drivers - P.Koivunen in 4th position, who repeated his only other previous top5 finish and Rony in 5th,who scored his 31st top5 finish.
* FUN FACT OF THE MONTH :
GTR class cars seems to be quite interesting for racers - all user made cars classified in GTR class had at least 30 drivers attendance (both XRR and FZR also each had 1 race with such attendance),however there are exceptions - both FXR and on it based V8 Supercar are far away from such attendance numbers.
* CLOCK PITTER OF THE RACE :
Every driver this time either changed tyres or filled fuel or even both,so no actual clock pitter this time. However Madjester was the fastest in this race with his 10.02 seconds pitstop, very closelly followed by several other drivers.
* FIELD RUSHER OF THE RACE :
Seems like P.Koivunen did not made much effort in qualifying as he qualified only 14th,but during the race found plenty of pace improvement, making a total of 10 positions progress, which is just 1 position better than 2nd best result.
VOD at Youtube:
This time race winner was very quick submitting his selection (his 2nd and last in this year) and it will be a repeat of 11th RTFR combo - UF1 at South City Classic reversed. The race will have the highest lapcount since 65th RTFR XL - 73 laps are required to have the race to exceed nominal length of 75 minutes as the lap is just 2 seconds above 1 minute.
Round 2 visited VERL's own classic tough challenge - the bumpy Container Sprint track. 11 drivers accepted the challenge and were ready for the struggles, however only 8 also crossed the finish line, half of them completed full 80 laps distance.
There is no official count of winning streaks in VERL,but Zesty surely would have made a new or repeated record by winning 3 races in row - despite quite weak qualifying performance, the malaysian made a progress of 6 positions during the race, setting also fastest lap of the race. Also 2nd place finisher started from inside of one of the lower rows - 4th place on grid made it possible to reach 2nd place with late race pass for Rony. Despite losing position during last few laps,Strutter still scored his 1st ever VERL podium finish after leading 30 laps eary in race.
After half of the season the leader is clear - 2 wins in 2 races obviously puts Zesty in commanding lead of 15 points in the championship table. What can be done in 1 season half by one driver can be done in 2nd season half by other driver,so nothing is secured yet, however scoring all possible points from next round would secure the 1st VERL championship for Zesty. The actual close competition is now only for 2nd position in championship - after finishing 2nd in latest round,Rony takes same position in table, but has only 2 points advantage over Strutter and 3 points over another 2 following drivers. There is still only a single rookie with a race finish,so award for best rookie is still on hold.
Team S1dus scored a single point more than their closest rivals RGA,so the gap has raised to 19 points now in teams championship,Fragmaster is the new 3rd place thanks to sole effort - already 35 points apart leaders. Top2 nations both scored 17 points in this round,so nations cup standings stay at status quo with 5 points between leading Finland and Malaysia,Latvia is still 3rd with 20 points gap to lead.
The shorter configuration Westhill National is next in the scedule, this season run in reversed direction. 46 laps around it will be a proper challenge for VERL drivers,so if someone wants to make a proper statement for season standings,he has to earn it.
For those who missed the livestream, here's video on demand:
When making skin I noticed one slight problem - the door gap on rear side is not being painted with skin and is left white, all other gaps are ok. Best seen on simple lighting.

Before you compare with turkish wages, remember that LFS is being created by devs living in UK,where 18 pounds, which divided in 2 (assumed income is now divided between the 2 active devs) is below minimum hourly wage (11.44 pounds per hour) in the specific country.
I'm writing this just to point out that it will be never "fair" to compare prices and wages between different countries as the standards and costs very are different.

Pitting rules:
Race requires a minimum time spent in pitstall of 10 seconds. That can be done either with single pitstop or sum of multiple pitstops. Driver who has spent less time will receive penalty time added to his finish time, which will be calculated by tripling the missing time to complete neccesary minimum time and adding additional 5 seconds. Drivers failing to pit at all will receive 1 minute penalty added to finish time (10s*3 + additional 30s).

2nd round of the season brings racers to the shortest and bumpiest track of the season - the 2.5 kilometer temporary course on a container field. Very variating width and turns makes this a great challenge for the 600 horsepower VERL car. The surface is known to bite chunks off tyres,so tyre change probably won't be avoided - previous races shows that most drivers needed fresh set of rubber in pits to complete the full 200 kilometers distance.
Season opener revealed some trends for this season - few main title candidates without any previous champions getting involved. However nothing is set yet and everything can change, especially with probably the toughest challenge of the season coming up next.
FZR racing in Blackwood might sound very classic and give a feeling of having done that many times before. But it's not the case in RTFR as yesterday it was the very first FZR's visit to Blackwood in this event series - the only previous FZR race here under this logo was done back in 2017,when RTFR XL hosted race with this car in Blackwood's GP track. Yesterday we run the version without chicane, where laptimes are just 5-6 seconds over a minute, giving another reason for fast paced race feeling. A total of 30 drivers attended this race - 11 more than all time average of FZR races.
A.Valta entered himself into RTFR history books as the 17th driver to score back to back races - the current standings leader started from outside of front row, slipped into lead on backstraight during 1st lap and led rest of the race, holding off polesitter's few overtake attempts. The finn scored his 9th RTFR race win, which puts him into 10th position in all time success rank, rounding up his top5 count to quarter century. The all time success rank leader Gábor was the fastest in qualifying as expected for a world record holder in this combo, scoring his 33rd pole position (1 less than all time highest),however his race pace was not up to performance to convert pole position in win,so the hungarian had to settle for 2nd place finish, scoring his 67th top5 finish,on the way setting also fastest lap of the race - his 33rd. Another milestone was reached by Unite, who finished 3rd - with this he scored 86th top5 finish to tie for all time 2nd most of these. 136 finished 4th to score his 5th top5 finish,Arska closed the top5 to score his 32nd top5 finish with his 100th RTFR race finish.

Next up on RGE schedule is round 2 of VERL 2024 season - this sunday we will be racing the 600 horsepower single seaters in much different Blackwood track, full information and signups in VERL forum section. RTFR XL follows 2 days later on coming tuesday - the car well known from Retro Cup will be run in it's full performance mode on Aston's longest configuration in reversed direction. Full information will be posted on friday. Info about next normal RTFR combo was mentioned during this week's broadcast - a rather slow car will be run on other configuration of Aston, more details as always will be posted on weekend before it.

As expected this round did set a new record - this was the all time slowest race in almost 2 years short RandomCar history. The average speed was just 3.5km/h over 100,which is 2km/h slower than previous slowest race, held in custom track in Layout Square - an interesting switch right after the fastest race in series. With 20 starters on grid, this was on lower side side of attendance chart, however all 20 drivers completed the 50% of distance to be classified - a 100% finishing rate for 2nd race in row.
Arska received the LFS own built FXO for this round and used it well to achieve everything from a single round - he was fastest in qualifying to score his 2nd pole position (interestingly his other pole position was also with a LFS default car XRT and done also on round 9,just in previous season),led 15 of 19 laps and scored his 1st RandomCar race win. Another FWD car finished 2nd - GT4tube received the XF Coupe Turbo, which is based on other default LFS car,and steered it from 3rd position in qualifying to 2nd place in finish. Twincam had a great start with his all wheel drive CZR Luxury Sedan, jumping into strong lead right after green lights from outside of front row, however on longer term struggled with pace and dropped down to 3rd position in finish, repeating best results ever achieved with this car.
The championship top3 stayed in status quo after round 9 - 2 of them attended qualifying, but left server before race start,so J.Holmes still leads 2 lithuanians from B2R team by 12 points - M is 2nd and 136 is 3rd. A total of 7 drivers are still eligible for drivers championship (based on points amount possible if season's highest attendance is repeated). With double points available for season finale,J.Holmes may not finish more than 6 positions behind both main rivals,4 positions if better of them takes all 4 bonus points - with 4 wins the briton has advantage in any points tie scenario.
With 75 points gap between leaders in teams championship, the deal can be considered sealed - RGA has never scored high enough positions this season that might give the needed points count to close the gap even with double points system, however B2R should not leave this to a random chance. But the battle for 3rd position is heated up now - WCL overtook Zafiralis and has now 4 points advantage. Even closer is situation in nations championship - the defending champions Finland used well the 0 points round of Lithuania and slipped into 2 points lead. Also 3rd position sees a great competition ahead - Poland overtook UK and is just a single point ahead now. Also manufacturers championship saw a lead change - XF Coupe Turbo is leading the table over previous leader BZ30,with potential of FXO getting into mix with a good points score.
2 cars were drawn 3 times for this round - Nortz and XF Coupe, while 4 others got 2 draws. But all 4 most drawn cars were undrawn for this round.
Once again there were plenty of best results for cars - first of course is FXO's 1st pole position and 1st race win,Arska improved his own previous best (shared with Twincam) in qualifying by 1 position and Twincam's 3rd place finish. Thehemuli was just the 2nd driver to get FZ70 and with it improved his teammate's first results - 9th in qualifying halved the previous result, but 6th in race was 5 positions better. Dodislaw took away best result from other Zafiralis member - his Dorito FD7 SR results are 6th in qualifying (10 positions better) and 7th in race (5 positions improvement). Also his teammate Kyril set best results for his car - being 1st to run it there were no previous bests for Bavaria A30,which are now 4th in qualifying and 8th in race. Roku Troeno hasn't seen much action either,Rony got it for this round and set 13th in qualifying (5 positions improvement) and 10th in race (9 positions better). Madjester was the 2nd driver to use Bavaria A34,he was 11th in both sessions, which beats Unite's previous effort of 14th and 19th respectivelly in qualifying and race. Despite being drawn 7 times already, the Imprezzive C8 still hasn't seen race action - J.Holmes was the first to run it in qualifying, setting 7th position as initial best for the car.
The winner of this race still hasn't replied about his selection of track for season finale - he has options of either a custom layout set in Layout Square or anything but rallycross in Blackwood. Hopefully he replies until end of this week, otherwise we'll be forced to do some automatic selection based on previous activity in both RandomCar and RTFR. Season finale once again will be a 1 hour race with double points for finishing positions.
[FM]ˆStrutter - receives 10 seconds penalty added to his finish time for pit exit line violation.

The decade season started in Kyoto, marking new car's first ever race in this environment. Signups list just before round start was missing all previous champions,so this sunday it was a start of 4 rounds long race for being crowned new champion, however any of previous champions still have a chance to join and get involved in the last 3 rounds. 13 drivers attended season opener, with all of them qualifying for the race and also standing on grid, however 5 drivers retired before reaching 2/3 of the distance, leaving just 8 drivers in points scorers table.
It was actually 2 in row for Zesty - the malaysian won the last race of the previous season and carried winning over to the new season, with this making a distinctive application for drivers championship. Zesty scored his 3rd pole position in qualifying, lost the lead early on,but just for 4 laps as he returned to lead to finish almost half a minute ahead of competition, scoring also his 3rd VERL race win. His teammate Unite joined the race winner on front row on grid, took over race lead for few laps until conceding race lead, however he kept his 2nd position alive. The vice champion of previous season Thehemuli qualified just 7th,but made a good progress in race to finish 3rd,which marks his 10th top5 finish in the league.
As always standings order after 1st round matches finishing order of 1st race - Zesty has 5 points advantage over Unite due taking both bonus points from 1st round,Thehemuli's gap to leader is 8 points. The other individual award currently is on hold - only a single rookie has finished a race so far, without 2nd rookie finishing race during season there will be no rookie of the year award.
The 2-time teams champions Team S1dus collected all possible 31 points from this round and logically takes the 1st position in table after round 1,defending champions RGA is already 18 points behind with Zafiralis in 3rd with 21 points gap. The defending 8-time nations cup winners Finland started also this season with highest points score, but their advantage over race winner's nation Malaysia is just 5 points now,Latvia is 3rd with 16 points gap.
Round 2 is pretty much a VERL classic - the own built challenging course in containers field of Blackwood. The 2.5 kilometer sprint track will punish drivers with tricky high speed 1st turn, various hairpins and few chicanes, most of that going over the bumpy surface of storage field. During 5 previous races,no driver has won here twice - will there be another 1st time winner?
What happened with the technical data? If it's supposed to be a recreation, then engine and weigth are totally wrong - the real car has a 2.8 liter V6 with just 132hp (there were some euro models with 2.7 liter V8 with 156hp) while it weights only 1.2 tons instead of 1.8 you have set up.
