Cool thanks! ill be sure to join when I get situated in single player. I just found a cave with flowing water, and lava at quite a bit lower level. I've got to make a path for the water to flow.
That 7 was a b*tch to stay in front of; however the fully modified 512BB has an acceleration advantage, but it gets all squirly on the gas, on the brakes, and everywhere else, even with Racing soft tires. Taming that beast to get good exits for the straights was the problem.
On that way to first I drove it true GT spirit, crash into ever car while diving in on the brakes from a mile away.
That was that historic event right? I know the intensity. Beating the AI with the Ferrari 512BB was ridiculous, those races were definitely challenging. There is no way I was going to save up 20 mil to get one of those historic race cars.
Has anyone achieved a gold medal on any of the X Challenge special event races? Getting bronze was freakin' difficult! The time on each event was within 0.5 seconds from bronze. No wonder Vettel is an ef wone driver.
BTW the X 2010's down force makes it a scary car . The faster you go the faster you can go if you know what I mean.
The formula GT championship is grueling; although not because the races are 20 laps, but they are back to back and the last one on Suzuka was in the rain!
keep the ai going the same pace, once they pull ahead, by pressing maintain pace every 14 seconds. Or every 4 seconds after the little pace picture disapears completely from the pace menu button.
Cutting doesnt' give very much advantage; however the ease of the challenge is agreeable. Proper lines and maintaining good speed though the corners will easily achieve anyone a gold.
Turning the ABS off in the real counterparts is not impossible; however GT5, with ABS set to 1 is not realy all that realistic either. The ABS is too good for the price of the real counterparts. Turnig the ABS off in GT5 is most likely more realistic than the ABS set to 1 in GT5.
The tuning in GT has always been kinda rudimentary. PD did a step down from Prologue to GT5. The steering angle and each gear were both adjustable and there were three setups saves.
I have no internets at home right now. I but I hoped there would have been an update or something I have been missing.
I'm sure engine rebuilds will eventually be necessary for all our heavily milaged cars since ownership.
Either the comfort soft tires are a bit grippy, when driving the miata, or my tires on my miata are crap. The rear end sticks in the turns, even when I turn in a bit rough. The rear just wont step out. The car, stock, on comfort hard tires, should be able to get a little sideways in third gear. The turn-in has to be pretty darn rough to get the rear to step out. Maybe the comfort tires are a step up from my tires.
I found, in prologue anyway, that all cars are default set to 50:50 brake bias. Once the brake bias is changed to accomodate the lock up, it preforms much better. In prologue about 7 front 2 rear or 8 front 3 rear depending on the weight bias.
That could be true (the thing about the controller), but, from my experience with new racing games, it is hard to tell if the game will feel good with a wheel when a controller is all that it has been tested with. Sometimes games that feels good with a controller, feels not as good with a wheel. I have also found, generally, if the game is easy to drive with a controller (and all aids off), then it probably won't feel good to drive with a wheel. My examples being NFS shift, GT4, sega GT 2002, and forza (all of them).
Of course there is a pecking order because it should be obvious that every person that has an oppinion can't be heard in a resonable amount of time to make decisions. Time is why people elecet representatives; however when the majority of the people can't effect their elected officials actions calls for a revision of the way legislation is passed.
Inorder to support a "rebellion" one must first gather the support to do so. Talking about it is the only way to figure if there is any or gather support. This includes discussions on forums.
People don't suddenly gather together spontaneously and choose to rebell against the current pecking order. I imagine it would be a difficlult process that would require a lot of discussion.
Giving up your vote and accepting the rule of the pecking order definitely will go nowhere.
Does anybody know the composer of GT5 P's lounge music?
Invisible barriers exist richard burns rally, but they are at least far enough from the track to not be noticable. Those better not be in GT6 or they should be well hidden.
