Quote from MoMo92i :R15 plus?

R15 TDI + GT1 + GT2, similar to Le Mans.
Quote from PMD9409 :We want the race to be in this decade.

Good thing the decade is only a few months old then.

Quote from Bluebird B B :O now i understand some are so fast in fzr lol I was already wondering why i could keep up in corners, braking and same top speed and yet be 1 to 1.5 sec slower
button clutch so definitly be adressed soon!

It's actually the top speed that would benefit from this most as there would be less time where the engine is not powering the wheels. If you're slower in corners that's either setup or skill. 1.5 seconds is too much to be attributed to button clutch exploits/macros.

The idea in the OP is nice though, giving a physical (well virtual) limit to how fast the clutch can move in H-pattern gearboxes would wash out this form of exploiting.

Quote from Feuerdrache :Congrats to SA for their double victory - great tactics, I wouldn't have done it different.

Unfortunately I had a good drafting partner (R.Hoiting) for a few laps, but these ones were brilliant.

Thanks, apparently PMD and I independently came up with that idea. He thought we must have been listening to the stream but I wasn't at least.

Just a note to anyone who has already looked over the rules, I've changed:

Old:
8.2 Drivers shall use a skin with their race number clearly displayed on at least the left and right sides

New:
8.2 All drivers of a squad must use recognizably similar liveries

They are basically the same exact restrictions as the old CTRA-GT2 class with the exception that the XRR has 1% less IR. The XRR could already post the fastest lap times.

This question is mostly for Sean:

Why did you give the XRR even more of a speed advantage than it had with the CTRA restrictions?
