Oh dear.

I got caught up in a crash near the start (there was nowhere to go) which took me off the lead lap. I was doomed.

EDIT: Taken a look at replay, take it all back. No apology.

At least I finished! Got caught up in a couple of wrecks, but was pleased with myself for narrowly avoiding a few. And because I finished, I was automatically granted quite a high position.

I wouldn't mind so much if it was just cutting, but the fact that you very nearly took out Buck is what annoyed me, especially as I had people doing the same to me. There was no gap there, and you were not carrying enough speed to get past the other car before rejoining the track. As Buck was going slowly, I reckon you could have gone safely round the outside of him and then had the inside for the next.

Anyway, the admins have made the right decision, let's leave it. It just seemed stupid and cocky.

While that was funny at first...uhm...that was kinda cheating (all 4 wheels on the grass) and incredibly dangerous (Buck did well to move out of his way.) All in all, I wouldn't describe the video as a 'Great pass by sas'. The video seems to describe the behaviour of a lot of drivers lapping other cars, though tbh this wasn't as bad as a lot of them. But it nearly ended in a DNF for both drivers, or at least a large crash.

Superkarts round the Isle of Man in the wet - WOOOAH! I have it on good authority (more than just the youtube comment) that the karts can reach 170 (they're 250E's) and are getting around 130 round that track. I'm assuming that's in kph.

I'd love to have a go! Pity they're no longer racing there because of this.

As for the protest against us, I wish I was paying more attention to who was lapping me because I don't remember blocking anyone, but I do remember being bumped many a time by people lapping me. Twice they completely cut me off (I was lucky to get away with one going into the first corner, I got shoved onto the grass while I was out of the way of them) and one guy managed to ram me on a straight! I wasn't weaving or anthing, just going in a completely straight line and thump! I'm not protesting because somehow none of these caused a crash, but I think it's something to bear in mind.

Anyway, I'll stop being negative, I really enjoyed that. We were running 10th before our take-over and disconnect fails which was nice, but a pity we couldn't keep it. I think we'll practice harder for next round! Cheers guys!
