I think i'm doing it the way it should be. The stick even stays in a lower position in sixths gears position when pressed down before. So it stays in reverse gear position. But the software shows me sixths gear.

Got mine... WHOHOO - so nice and smooth - but really hard to manage h-shift and clutch

But i do have one prob, the reverse gear doesn't work. Even in the windows game controller settings, if i press the shifter down and shift to sixt gear position, it show 6 gear! Also in LFS. Don't get the reverse gear (button 14).

Am i doing somethin wrong? Or is that a production failure?

Hi scawen,

i just switched from U20 to U28. I noticed a lot of crackling while driving fast. It has nothing to do with high revs (i tried it while standing still). But with the XFR on the blackwood straight i had not only a little bit of crackling. I think it got even more while driving next to another car (it was an AI driver).

I tried soundlag from 0.05s to 0.2 s but i did not noticed any differences concerning crackling.

But what the hell, apart from the crackling the sound was such a difference to U20, especially with sound lag set to 0.05s - WOW.

I just ordered my G25 here in germany for 203 €. The guys from the shop say, that i do get one from the first shipment. Announced for the second november. Hope that is true...

But, since i'm paying when getting it directly from the shop (its logistic-center is not far away) - there is no risk...
