came for free with a subscription, needs a "reload" every ... two years? Can measure time, date, and even short timeframes in seconds. No bluetooth, no calls, no function to show photos or anything. Pretty scratch and drop resistant.
Small thing I miss: In the old design, when I opened a thread from the main forum index via middle mouse click (open in new tab) it brought me directly to the point I last read the thread. Very handy. Now it always opens the first page of a thread. I'd like to have the old behaviour back.
Shoe sizes and french cars ... I once was ask to move a Twingo just to another parking spot. I almost crashed it into a hedge because with my feet (UK size 14/EUR 50) I could operate either brake or clutch, but not both at the same time (my right foot was under the clutch pedal I guess)
Certainly looks way more professional than my solution (and totaly adjustable, I like that), but a bit flimsy imo.
What you will need are stiffer springs, as the longer lever softens the pedal feel a lot.
Nobody is hating on japanese cars there Scroll through this list, plenty of japanese cars in the works. But it takes time. You could of course go the easy way and help yourself to a readily available model from Forza, DiRT or whatever and build your physics for that. Would be illegal tho (like the Escort, M3, Civic and Golf Mk3 available for download in this thread ...)
That's mostly because people are waiting for solid axle physics needed for typical hot hatch live rear axles. There are exploits allowing extreme forms of DWB act as a solid unit, but those rarely work realistically.
Same with the handfull of 99% finished rally cars waiting for AWD physics. . The expected quality for mods is really high already.
And all people are on about is diversity. We have a diesel race truck already and someone is building a Top Fuel dragster
