Quote from tristancliffe :for the first time ever, i think that was not hamilton's fault! Blimey. It's almost like being a blind hamilton fanboy for a few seconds.

Also worth pointing out you're generally allowed two wheels outside the white line defining the track boundary and occasionally allowed four wheels outside this line (exiting Ascari at Monza is one example of 4 wheels being allowed outside).

...why would it be awkward for a game on a mobile phone to look better than LFS? I don't personally think this game does, incidentally, but I really don't think it matters what it looks like.

Quote from jaraldoe :Ok i just started playing LFS. I have my wheel set up but there's one problem. Everytime i do it the game keeps reading when i don't have the throttle pressed down (the pedal) it says i have full throttle and when i press the pedal i have no throttle (it does the same with the brake) so basically it's all backwards. Anyone know how to fix it?

Options -> Controls -> Axes/FF. Click on the "Invert 0" (or "Invert 1") button beside the Throttle and Brake.

Quote from BlueFlame :Seems my theory of the system failing them was correct judging by the above picture.

PROBLEM TRISTAN?

How so? The green flags/lights/signals SHOULD be shown AFTER the yellow flag area to notify the drivers the situation is clear.

Quote from aroX123 :Why does Hamilton look so sad? :\

I'll let you in on a secret, but don't tell anyone else. The Korean GP track is used as the test track for the Korean version of Top Gear. When 'Hamilton' got out of his car he showed no emotion at all and exited the back of the scrutineering bay as quickly as possible without taking his helmet off.

Discuss.

No, they didn't.

Quote from glevente :I apreciate your talent on track, but ... I had never any problem with you until now, but if you use this kind of expression ,then i will like to know you personal , afterwards you will be unable to hold your drivingwheel ,and no god will protect you ,... you can believe me i'm good in that!!!

At least you've learned from your mistakes and you're acting responsibly and within the rules on your new one.

Quote from The Very End :I canot make up my mind if I agree or disagree on the replies above.
I agree that people should take care of their account information, and be sure that it's kept safe. But at same time, sometimes people do get hacked or worse. Replying and just blaming them is not fair either. Sure, antivirus and internet comon sence get you far, but we canot treat every situation the same

This reply doesn't acknowledge the difference between losing your account by accident (e.g. by getting malware that compromises your account) and by willingly giving away your account details. Munno gave away his account details. What protection should there be for people who willingly break the EULA and cost the time of the developers?

Quote from Bmxtwins :Well if he attached the proof of the purchase, shouldn't victor have been obligated to help this person regain control of the account? Assuming the Proof of Purchase was legitiment.

He broke the EULA:

Quote from EULA :3.4 You must not give your username, WEB or GAME password to other LFS users.

...then he wants someone else to clean up his own mess.

The most important question in this whole saga is:

Did munno give his account login details to someone else?

Answer this with either "yes" or "no", please.

Quote from Juzaa :

I might add Mika Häkkinen -99 as a candidate to your list since Ferrari's car was much more reliable than Mclaren's and if Schumacher had not injured himself he would've won the championship for sure.

It could be on the list too, but it's not as strong a case as some of the others on there.

Quote from gezmoor :has a WDC ever not been in the fastest car? err no

Obviously it's difficult to say with absolute certainty what was the "fastest car" in a given season, but here are a few candidates for F1 world champions who weren't necessarily in the fastest car:

Kimi Raikkonen - 2007
Michael Schumacher - 2003
Ayrton Senna - 1991
Alain Prost - 1986
Alain Prost - 1983
Keke Rosberg - 1982
Jody Scheckter - 1979
James Hunt - 1976

Kobayashi promoted to 7th on the grid - ahead of MSC. Should Mercedes pursue a protest against Hamilton for impeding MSC from completing a lap in Q3?

Here's a certain other person doing something else at Monaco. Pity the video doesn't include the braking in the tunnel with Lauda behind him going for pole.

Don't forget Hakkinen's famous pole position at Monaco which he got under yellow flag conditions. He acknowledged the flag by raising his hand but kept his foot buried in the throttle.

Quote from BlueFlame :You gotta be ****ing kidding me. You're telling me Hamilton was involved in spygate OTHER than the fact he was a driver for McLaren? You're an ameoba.

The other drivers (i.e. Alonso and de la Rosa) were caught exchanging messages containing confidential details of the Ferrari car (including things like weight distribution to 2 decimal places). Other personnel (from the designer(s) down to the race engineers) were also involved. If you honestly think Hamilton did not benefit from the information and you think it's comparable to Schumacher attempting to take Villeneuve out at Jerez '97 then I'm afraid there's nothing I can say to change your mind.
