no daemon, ive had crashes in that my monitor loses signal and sits there with a black screen for 2 or 3 mins, sound looping and it eventually shows the bsod pointing to nv4 something, if the auto reboot thing is on for him i wouldnt doubt it would take 5-10 mins for it to reboot, in my case i found it was write combining in windows to be causing the crashes, but every computer is different and its not always easy to find out what it is whether its SW or HW problem.
strange thing is only lfs crashes if i turn that option on again, every game i have tried so far,and ive tried alot of them , never had a problem with it.

i used to have a very similar problem, ill post a link for better understanding, i have a nvidia card however that looks alot like the problem i had, what fixed it was disabling the checkbox in this picture pardon the portuguese but it should be fairly easy to find that checkbox, give it a try

i never seen icq but i use msn and sometimes there are messges and stuff but when im on fulscreen nothing shows up, can maybe tell by a temp slowdown in fps, my advice is try to turn off those alerts, either that or dont run anything on the background as itll be consuming cpu cycles anyway.either way those windows should not steal focus from lfs, maybe somekind of option for that?

ok just some advice here, i dunno if its true or not but lfs isnt supposed to be minimised like that, you are supposed to use shift-f4.

sounds like you dont have permission to write to that folder, check if your admin or write in a folder you have permissions.

open up a cmd.exe, terminate explorer.exe from task manager then use the cmd prompt to delete the file.

ill put the mercury server in lrf as yesterday but i cant play as much, it was crazy at aston

if its a p4 mobile then its alot faster than that 1.8 p4 for the desktop.

i get a limp wheel sometimes, the ff is still there but very faint, reinitialising with shift-c or whatever works but i found out it was the power connector in my wheel that sometimes doesnt work right, give it a wiggle and shift c and its back, my gameport msff is getting old and tired.

whats the problem really? if the fps is low you should lower graphics options, and turn down the lod sliders except for the dynamic lod reduction wich should be at max, your cpu might struggle with high gfx settings, also i dunno if AA and AF get along fine with that card but it wont hurt to try and turn it off to see if it helps. use shift-f4 to go from windowed to fullscreen mode and change resolution inside lfs to whatever you want.AA and AF is only possible by forcing it in the driver options for windows.

that looks like driver problem, ive seen similar with badly installed drivers but the chipset drivers are a big tip here, ive had a problem myself in wich it bluescreened only playing lfs and narrowed it down to write-combining, a switch in troubleshooting options for display. lfs seems to be different to every other game ive had as they play fine with it on, so its just a case of trying to narrow down on a specific driver or maybe overheating parts, dying psu and stuff like that.

i think the devs would have made it pretty accurate, atleast they had some info about it, ive only read speculation here.

definitely not buying it, gfx is about the only thing that i liked, FF has terrible knocking, im afraid itll damage something, i hope this isnt general, sound is as said terrible and imo worse than lfs, i thought this was supposed to have 2 sound engines, maybe not in demo but the only sample is the starter, this all feels very unfinished and a little txt file with some general keys and settings explained wouldnt hurt, there is a help directory but with a html with no help?
just some keys i found: L cleans the visor and F3 gives tv cam.

why do you think you cant upload stuff, because it is protected, can be cracked but what can't these days. im sure that even in iran it is possible to make a money transfer, from what you write i can see that you never looked at the official site, atleast not the part that says buy s2 or you would know what to do. im not going to write anything more, you are lucky victor or some other mod hasnt seen this yet or just feel sorry for some guy that was able to search the internet for a crack for this game, but is incapable of reading the main website.

thats really no excuse for cracking it, there is a bunch of ways to buy it, and i quote "(VISA, Mastercard and UK debit cards), PayPal, Moneybookers, UK cheque and international Money Order".
i dont have a credit card also and i could have always asked a friend to pay it for me, but i do have a debit card and i can make a "virtual" credit card with a service my bank offers for free, so pick an option and support the devs.
