thats the thing i don't like with the car clubs. it would have been awesome if it would tell you who is online and you could start a private lobby without a 'formal invitation'. Also the car club lobby should have voice chat. Neither of those things is going to happen so...oh well. Kind of a half-baked idea from turn ten.

I got a little discouraged in rivals mode I posted a good time on the Stratos Positano challenge and then saw the leaderboards. I have to shave oh about 20 seconds off my best time

I don't care too much about graphics as long as the gameplay is excellent. I predict the console version would be better for me because to me a gamepad feels like a more natural and immersive way to interact with the game world (plus vibrations ^^). Much more so than tapping on a keyboard and aiming with the mouse. I don't like using the same controls to fight bad guys as I do to write reports. That being said I would be destroyed if I tried to use a gamepad against people using keyboard/mouse but luckily that never happens.

I can't wait for the next-gen consoles!

I have a question about skinning if anyone is into that. I want to recreate some of my LFS skins in FM4 and sell them on my SF. Is it true that you can't sell a skin that has logos purchased from someone else? Does that mean every skinner makes all their own decals? That seems inefficient. It won't even let me share a car with purchased decals. If someone can explain the process I'd be grateful.

whats new since forza 2? The bigger problem is that most of the people driving these 1000 hp muscle cars can't actually control them and crash everyone off the road. Actually that happens in every race regardless of what car they drive.

That's a nice thought but maybe you should give it a few weeks before you decide to get a tattoo. If you decide to go through with it, a good tattoo artist will be able to draw what you're looking for with just the pic of his car. If he can't I would go somewhere else.

I'm having a problem with downloading vinyl sets too, whenever I buy one it seems like everything went fine, but I can't find it anywhere in my vinyl groups. Am I looking in the wrong place? This has happened with 4+ downloaded vinyls.

Apparently there's an adapter you can use to have g25/27 support for the xbox. I don't know how well it works.

Its hard to be a jerk about your car if it's not expensive or new. A lot of people don't have any pride in their vehicles.

My '86 Mercury just ticked over 240,000 miles. It could use a tuneup to regain some lost power but otherwise runs reliably. My goal/dream is to get over 1,000,000 miles from the original 5.0L engine.

wackyness is the reason none of those highly efficient prototypes make it into any sort of production. The goal is not just to make cool science, but to make something that will create an impact by people actually owning and using that science.

the only thing i really like about COD over BF is that in COD, when you're good, you KNOW the map, it never changes and you can predict another player will be around this wall or behind that cover which makes for a much faster pace. I don't like that so many people in BF just sit in cover and snipe because they got sick of walking around aimlessly and getting shot by...snipers. That being said I'm buying battlefield because I'm done with the way activision treats its customers. I'm buying it equally for the multiplayer mode and single-player, which looks awesome.
