At 11s you rolled a bit forward. There are few centimeters tolerance for rolling before green light, so nothing happend. But then maybe later the car moved another 1mm (possible by steering?) that is invisible on video and that put you over the limit.
Or the penality for the initial movement was somehow delayed/lag.
4) to connect three screens you need a graphic card with at least one displayport output.
(eg a card with 2x DVI and 1x HDMI can not run 3 screens)
Since you mention analyzing so much, maybe this tool is interessting: http://vhpa.co.uk/
It works with the LFS cars and there are MX-5 files for download.
but it was never 'needed', that is the problem. since years your whining has always been the same.
you often act as if you are the only one enlightend to 'see reality' or so but in reality nothing what you constantly repost is really new to anyone, it is simply not constructive and annoying to always read the same mimimimi.
in your replay at beginning you drive through grass and get some damage, too.
also you never quite brake in a straight line, always moved the wheel a bit.
i tried with your setup and could not reproduce that.
