As for the skinning details... you don't know what the purpose of a visual Promo is either, right?
Those things just look crap and leaves LFS, and its models, look like crap. An issue that's easy to fix shouldn't be ignored.

Maybe you should add these kind of low expectations for a skin to your capacious request message (which brings back my first question here).
Adding this Info will help, because who ever goes for it, does not need to bother about quality.

Scavier team has no obligation to give some reports, I think. But it is a company, not a bunch of kids doing their house on the tree.

There are thousands of users around the world waiting for something, and waiting for a long time. LONG time.

So, if people comes here and complaing, first thing that this "team" must to understand is that this situation was created by them, not us.

That weren't us that come here and ask for someone to create a simulator, we didn't come here and said: Hey, you, please, develop something for us.

They should have never tried to develope a complex simulator in the first place... Not!

The ligier is hot, but will be hard to convert cause of the totally different dimensions (and shape obviously) I#m looking forward to whoever knocks that up. (If only we had those '90-ish cars in lfs :/)

Differences between those two products are from my point of view very obvious.

They can't be compared really, imo. The problem that Scavier (Scawen) has atm, is a basic engine problem. It's not just little fixes and patches. Those kind of things were, and will be dealt, with in the testpatch time. I'm not that informed on Tf2 forums, but the communication here during that time seems fine to me.

The way i see it is, that for such a complex thing like the tire model, Scawen (or any coder/artist) got to get in some kind of "flow", if you know what i mean. Getting out of that and bother with little things like reports or Q&A, that some-one from a bigger dev team could concentrate on, will only make things alot more time consuming and pushing realease dates way further. They are that small, so it can't really be compared.

Best thing for you parents would be to get some knowledge. They should read about paypal, for example, and/or talk to their bank.
It's a fact that you can get your money back with something like paypal, if the Devs/LFS.net don't give you what you buy (Voucher-code/license). Note that it might take a few work-days to get the transaction done.

PS: Why do your parents put their money on the bank? They can steal it too
