Yeah you have the right but its damn annoying and whining won't get it released faster. Yeah he annouced it and didn't release it on date, but would you rather have a comprimised version of LFS with bugs and nasty bits, or a clean polished version a few months after - I know which one I'd rather have.

Very nice - so does the turn speed still work as fast when the strength isn't as high? For example could the G25-E Be run at 40% LFS Strength yet still rotate as fast?

I like that sort of view, the top down 3d rotating viewness. I also love the simple graphics, I reckon Nostale is like "the lfs" of free mmorpg's, its got the gameplay and simple graphics - all the others concentrate on looking pretty and having complicated menus and everything.

Hi,

I've recently gotten into rpg games on the pc, specifically Nostale. I'm just wondering if anyone knows any other good games I can try. I don't really like the WOW style view and control system, so a top down view is better. Oh and don't say Runescape!

Also don't flame me for liking these games, each to his own ey!

Kids start smoking to be cool - its true. I was on a little holiday to Whitby a few months ago, there was this kid stood outside the shop I was looking in with a little fake fag - probably a bit of paper rolled up - as soon as anyone walked past he tried to look cool by pretending to be smoking it. Even when people looked at him, I went outside after seeing him through the window - looked away, then turned around and looked at him and straight away he started "smoking" this bit of paper.

Pathetic!

I used to play Deer Hunter 2005 LOTS - there are still a lot of online servers around and its really a brilliant game. I got it for a fiver from ebay too - one of the best games I've ever bought considering the money.

I was trying to go for the old photograph look - 35mm style and I was almost going to release a version where the shots were put on a polaroid background with all funny colours and dirty bits over it, but i just wanted to show the skin off really.

What software are you running it from now? The logitech drivers? Surely somewhere in the config files there must be the force variable you can change. I know that you can change it in the RBR (Richard Burns Rally) cfg files so that you get much much more force out of the wheel - even when the logitech drivers are matched.

Edit: Brilliant project by the way, take some pictures so we can see it in action!
