We have put 35 Arcade games onto our forum (well Montana did anyways=)

We will be hosting tournaments and if there are enough people there will be a prize or two involved! =)

If you feel Sam is abusing his power as an admin then pls take this up with any of the other moderators within this forum, Sam is not the only person that has rights to move threads. Publicily saying that this thread shouldn't be here on page 8 wouldn't be the best way to go about moving this thread.

It seems to me, that Hoellesen is generally a bit jealous that STCC is getting more interest than MoE. But do you really care about that? STCC is intended to be a friendly and "easy to use" league as I see, using the road cars only. MoE has another policy - it uses race cars and do long races which contains serious racing. Srry Poolek, your right, but I am totally sick and fed up of listening to people whining, no matter how nice people word things at the end of the day thats what it is. If the admins (besides Sam) wanted this moved because it didn't belong in general section it would have been done ages ago, not done on page 8. :soapbox::sp3poskin

IMO this doesn't belong in league sections, this is about the STCC servers, which are PUBLIC! I never saw anyone saying the threads about REDLINE servers being asked to be moved to the league section, which is basically the same type of thread as this STCC thread, just more bashing going on here because people are mad that a new league stepped in doing something totally new and its starting to look like it might be a big one.

I don't recall reading much about the actuall STCC leauge unless someone came in complaining they are stealing the show. Well tough, get off your arse and advertise your leauge in a new way too if you feel threatened.

I am sick and tired of people complaining about how STCC does this STCC does that. It's no different than any other leauges in terms that we still have to have drivers to race, and good ones at that.

Is it just me or did the story change?

Thanks for the Tip Scawen Sam and I noticed that we could load wave files but was not sure exactly what the format was. At least I didn't know so left it alone =P

I meant more along the lines of the NASCAR tech guys. I just find it BS that they won't goto FI, the racing is alot more fun to watch.

any tires other than studded would have problems. I know some states don't allow studs, but I think Oregon does.

I think it's beyond driver ability when it's that icey. It more like the people had no brains at all.

I am not sure on this but they had rain, then ice, then snow so there was a good inch or so of ice, there is nothing you can do with a vehicle on ice/snow mix like that and they should have just stayed put.

No I know, I am saying thats just BS. They don't want to change over to FI because all the tech guys will have to learn a new technology. There are plenty of other leagues out there that run FI without major problems. Money will always find a way but FI cannot be any harder than carbs to check, just have to have the right technology.

Pretty, well look at the other NASCAR cars out now those are not very pretty either =P It's definatly not pretty but looks more like a car than the ones do now.

I don't know about FTP throttling but I would think more along the lines of General throttling. For the average person this isn't a big deal.

They get a big pipe for cheap from BT. They do a couple downloads, no biggie. After the newness wears off all they do is surf the net which takes very little bandwidth at all. BT saw this that their networks were populated but throughput was slow, so they make a rule that if someone doesn't use X bandwidth per hour they throttle the connection down so the bandwidth can be used for someone elses connection so they can fit even more people onto their boxes =P

I do too =) Then when other leauges get them I can cram as many as I can onto one line =P
