Nice. I really hope the other fictional brands feel a bit of shame and take the same route, afterall this is free publicity for their brand...
Does anyone know where can I get a mod that increase interior sound volume? I know there are a few on the web, but can't find one that works (or I'm not able to 'install' it).
As you have it rooted you can do a backup with Titanium Backup, and then, after flashing (or doing a factory reset), restore app data.
I guess that it comes with a task manager if you long press the home button, you can clear the ram from there, it works as good as a reboot.
Since I tried the first non-stock rom on my SII I can't go back to stock ones, it is just not the same in battery cosumption, functionality, looks... Though I waited 5 months until I dared take this route
I'd just flash an stock rom, with root, so you make a fresh start (and delete all the crapware companies introduces, maybe not your case). Plus installing better battery stats would help you a lot.
18WoS: Halin had that, cool feature but...it was pretty much useless. If you don't have many alternative roads to choose trafic reports are meaningless, there are no huge jams, neither accidents or really bad wather. Though in a perfect sim this should be added I'd vote for a multiplayer game prior of reimplementing the CB radio.
-Corrected wrong Renault Premium gear ratios
-Changed the Volvo differential ratio to 2.67 from 2.47, which was the version with overdrive and too high a top speed
-Changed the two Renault's differential ratios
-Reduced cabin pitch stiffness
-Increased cabin pitch damping
-Reduced chassis suspension stiffness
-Increased chassis suspension damping significantly
-Reduced trailer suspension stiffness
-Reduced trailer suspension damping
-Reduced rear axle suspension stiffness
-Increased rear axle suspension damping
I mean, it installs all the languages (as in Spain there is no distributor), and/or the CD-key can unlock the downloaded version?
If I buy this I'd rather pay the 18€ of Amazon UK than the 30 of the official site, even though they get a lot less profit by buying through external distributors
I'd also like to see a redesigned LFSW teams section, where the actual team of a driver is more important (with links to its website and such info).
With the actual system, almost nobody updates his actual team each time they leave their old team. Partly because this is done by team admins and partly because that info were only used by Spdo. It need to be more useful, with more information and usability, we need a LFSW Teams 2.0 section
It really depends on the car. My car's clutch is very progresive, it requires almost full travel to change gear. My father's car, which is the same model, just need a bit of the travel to work. Other Ranult have hydraulic clutch, that may not affect the travel, but sure changes the feel completly.
I'd rather pay the extra cash for a G27 than a DFGT. Its pedals, force feedback, everything is much better. But if you are on a tight budget the DFGT is a perfectly valid option to buy.
A tire is known to have its peak grip at about 20% of sliding, anything beyond that point will end in much less grip than staying below that percentage.
In LFS we can see this in RAC and specially in the LX6 where the tail should be sliding all the time. But tires must be gripping (no huge skids, wheel spin, etc). Is that called drifting? No. Is it grip racing? I'd say yes, but I'll accept a "almost" as a valid answer.
I can feel the force feedback becoming weird at 35 FPS. Plus, the FPS are suffered on race start, where you'd least like to suffer it.
I know people that raced having just 7 FPS during the first 2 corners, obviously everybody wanted to kill them because the mayhems they created.
I think we all would agree that 20 FPS should be the absolute minimum you get wherever the situation is, but the recommended should be always having at least 30.
Nah, that happens when your LFS did not load those textures on time. You only have to stop, or go to spectators, so LFS can load the game. It is an optimisation to avoid FPS drops while loading.
I have the feeling that cargame have not been bothered to watch the video and he is talking about buttons that appears at certain coordinates (aka street lights, shops)
Or maybe as the_angry_angel says finally the cruisers have done something innovating xD
