S2 racers should be able to join demo servers and use their S2 content to taunt demo racers That might make them buy S2 then...or at least irritate them

Now, if you don't mind, I'm going to blow the dust of the good old XRT and give it a spin on some demo server

How do you actually steal a car on a cruise server?

Take a pen and paper and click through all the servers. Then you'll see.

I have the G25 and I am completely satisfied. Although I cannot compare. What I wanted to say is that by buying the G25 you can't be wrong.

You've certainly taken some time with that site. But...
- what is the purpose of the intro/welcome page?
- is it necessary that it takes megabytes to load?
- why do you have advertising on the site? You are a demo user, which I have no problem with, unless you not only want to play a great game for free, but you even want to make money of it??? Blows my mind.

The painting is IMHO absolutely pointless. The fact, why it attracts such a huge attention is it's price tag. And because of the attention it has attracted (thanks to it's humongous price tag), for some people it is worth the money. It is also an ego-thing. If you can afford to buy a $3 million pointless painting, you are obviously more than anybody else....more of an a$$hole in my opinion. And you even have the gift of "understanding" art.

To sum it up: It absolutely doesn't matter what the painting is about, the price matters. It's just a whiteman's bling-bling.

And I think that there might be a USB-GamePort reduction, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Today, they want an open track for free-roaming. Tomorrow, they will want to get out of the car and walk. After that, I don't want to know...GTA anyone?

I experienced significant and regular (every 1-2 seconds) stutter while racing and even while watching replays. I tried running LFS in highest (not realtime) priority and it is fine now, not stutter at all. I prefer this method rather than the kill-other-background-processes method as I'm too lazy to restart all the background processes after I quit LFS.

Flatout "bangs" man I spend hours playing F2...and it is the game that got me (inderectly) to LFS. In F2 I was just unable to powerslide properly, so I thought that a racing sim would be more appropriate...and it was

You can but as long as it is in your PC only, you will be the only one hearing that song. Others will just hear the regular honk. It is the same as with skins.

It's not a G25 problem. It's a demo problem.

Do you have a wireless keyboard? (I'm sure you know where I'm pointing...)

Not every car uses the same shift method. For some cars (FBM for instance) you have to lift your foot off the gas pedal, then change gear (right paddle) and then hit the gas again. Maybe that's why it doesn't work.
