True, but theres also modeling guidelines and tech specs... anyways, have a few modelers is better then 50 modelers, it helps maintain continuity in the models, thus not making it seem like one car belongs in pgr3 and the other in test drive 3 :P.
I sold it for several reasons, main one being that i discovered some hidden rust which was working its way to the exterior, the rocker panels looked and "sounded" solid, but trust me, they wherent. Thats the bad thing about living in the rust belt .
just get a 91 318is, you get most of the goodies from the e30 m3, at a much much more affordable price... i know since i had one . A blast to drive and handles like no other car i've owned.
The mining and refinement process for the metals used in high tech batteries is just as bad or WORSE for the environment then running a car on gas, so biodiesel is imho the best for us and the environment.
Not to mention that the north american lfs players are now busy toiling in FORZA 2, with ingame voice communications, real tracks, and real cars, everything we long for in lfs, now if we could only find a way to merge them we'd have the perfect sim ...
the pc version is just a port, if you want to really enjoy it, do it on a 360 or ps3, its definitively a lot better then previous titles, i actually ejoyed it (im a well known codemasters hater, so that says a lot).
what is great about the damage model now, is that if you hit something a certain way that pushes the bumper down, the bumper will scrape the ground and limit suspension travel
Now all they need is to increase the fidelity of the suspension damage, as to achieve more realistic suspension failures and to model the underbody of the car with exhaust and all that jazz, model the actual 3d engine and suspension pieces, do opening doors\hood\trunk, removable front and rear bumper, damagable radiator (visually spraying smoke\water and physically overheating) and removable wheels for when the accidents are that juicy to knock a wheel off Then LFS would be set for the best damage model of all time.
The sideforce he's speaking of is Nascar\ovals related, where your in a corner turning for a prolonged period of time, it does nothing for a gtr type car.
The term has been loosely used by the nascar commentators, all it does is help the cars rear end not slip so much aerodynamically while in a corner, thats it, the effects arent that big.
I've really enjoyed racing with core, and after seeing how they run a fair and competetive team, without big egos or megalomaniacs to be annoyed of, i couldnt think of a better place to be.
Evo, you must have me confused with someone else, the incident happened on the chicane after the first corner, we where side by side, no grass was involved.
Im still curious about the accident you are speaking off, i would like to see the replay if it infact was me on another incident with you, please email to ;now secret email;
