Is it me or can it be that the problem gets... worse ?
I now noticed when I raced some yesterday that my fps enourmsly dropped, before it was from 60-20ish, but now when races starts I even get 10ish or lower. I have not a single clue what the problem can be, but I do know there wasn't a problem like this in the U version, but there definately is in the V !
I've raced now in many different servers and had it quiet often, 3/4 times in 1,5 hour racing. BUT, can it be that this also occurs OFFLINE ? I did 10 laps in hotlap mode for the Stock Hatch '07 league and in those 30 minuts it occured also 1 time. To be complete: I play LFS for like 4 years by now (incl. demo) and I know what a start lag is, I know when a server lags, ect... So I can absolutely be sure if I say: this is not a server or player lag issue but something or in the code or something bugging windows and/or LFS when LFS opens.
You can say that only 10% (seeing the people here who say it's ok and it's not), but I think that 10% theirs opinion is important, I hope the Devs think the same. So hoping one of them is already busy fixing this!
If need my specs or more information Devs, please ask.

I payed some more attention to it and I do have more slight freezing then before. This even happens when nobody connects, leaves, no skins are downloading or anything else, just when racing and suddenly it hangs a bit, a slight second and the fps drops enormously.
I went back to the U version and drove around there online: not a single stutter since 2 nights.
Went back to the V version, just was online doing AS national with the XFR, 4th turn and the freezing happens again with a huge fps drop.
Also starts have become a lot more laggy then before, including also higher fps drops.
Skin compression is on and graphics quality is set at low.
Tested some other games and I can conclude 100% sure: my internet connection and fps is very good to play LFS with, have one of the best connections in Flanders and an updated computer. No other programs were running in the background beside my AVG 7.5 virus scanner.

I can host and review replays for sure in case of accidents, but for live hosting and taking care of things I'll have to resign, I won't be able to do it every race so better then letting other people do it.

lmao, from the moment I saw the combo (don't know it ahead, a script decides it atm) I knew: this will end bad.
And it did, managed to do 2 good laps with a 37:99 as pb (wr 35:55, pole in race was 36:6x ?). Start went bad, spun in T1, crashed in lap 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 even 12, oh and then also in lap 15. Meanwhile already done 3 stops to fix the damage until I suddenly got timed out. Which is pretty weird, I saw no lag connections present in the server, good server and my own connection is one of best in my country (thx to my dads company).
Anyway, conclusion: FE Club is a fun track, but the FZR is a beast which I just can not control, at least not at this time with my low wheel racing skills (just using wheel since 2 days ago). It will take time to get better and learn new cars.
Sorry Mauni and Colt, I invited you guys to this event and then I leave... Hope you guys drove better !

I know that, where the hell is the team leader anyway, we were going to do an Acolyptic Clash, the noobs of the noobs battle, only done once in 95478 bilion years: SCCC vs [noobs]
I know, it's disapointing to see that a team like Ocrana doesn't want to/can participate but oh well, their choise...
Elite is a very good Belgian racing team. They dominate the 'VRL league' for quiet some years, a Belgian league for the Dutch speaking people from Belgium only and yes, the level of that league isn't perhaps like MoE or others, but it has a high standard. Sorry Elite to spoil your underdog roll here, but you all will have to look out for them for sure, even Mercury. As the name said, they are the Elite of the Belgian LFS community. They are also known beside tacing in the VRL in the previous 'RCX rally league' (believe it was RCX, pardon me if wrong),where all the fastest rally racers drove and even there they were present at the top. That's all I can think off at first moment...but I'm sure they drove much more. They also raced several team battles (vs Muroc,...).
Clownpaint I haven't met in any leagues personally so can't form an opinion about them, however I've heared they do have very good racers a board.
The fact that SCCC was invited is an huge honour, and we are really pleased about that. Unfortunately SCCC is,as most say, a classic LFS team, but not orientated on the hardcore league racing, more the having fun racing. Some say we aren't a team, just a bunch of friendly clowns, that is correct, but don't underestimate our racing quality's I personally think it's a shame we don't turn up, but I can't force any other member to cancel a family trip to race in this, when I'm not racing myself and we don't have a sort of 'teamleader' or so. We are no Cyber or Ocrana who are teams (in my eyes) pure for the "serious big leagues racing", like ESL ect... Therefor I have a slight tendensy to support Mercury above Ocrana, cause altough they are gods on the track, they stay acting like humans and don't forget to have fun with other (slow) racers in public servers. While like the people from Ocrana, beside one race with Vince (which I barely see online anymore since he's Ocrana) and two times seeing a Nilyn online I haven't met anyone accidently on a public server from Ocrana. I call that a shame.
Anyway, I wish every team good luck, much fun and some great action!
