Truck definitively ( the road and a race version would be great). It would fill a large hole in the simulation universe. I wouldn't buy S3 for just a new track and a new car but if it was a truck I think it would be worth it!

Ohterwise IMO S3 should have:
buggy
500 - 700 Bhp supercar
300 bhp rally car
Muscle car
Kart ( not supermarket)
Stockcar (nascar)
Old F1 without downforce
Legend GT
LMP
700 Bhp GT1
heavy road car: 2000 kg (~BMW, Mercedes)

My guess is a LMP. Different enough and pretty popular.

I wouldn't be much exited tho. I would prefer a race (or road) truck or a buggy.

I thought the Sirocco was a complete waste of time but if it bring us a better tire model, LFS will have gain something very good from this contract.

Instead of putting a real car in a video game they built the car of the video game. There's even a boost button to increase the power output by 200 hp for few seconds .

I understand that the devs are now reluctant to provide information regarding the works done (not already included in the game) and the things to come due to some old experience.

However this kind of information keeps the flame alive during periode of famine. Being left alone with just a forum that goes round the same subjects over and over I lost faith and interest in LFS.

Both have the infamous "Faith" for their belief and both often fell like they have a divine mission (sorry for the atheist) to convert everybody else to their way of thinking.

LFS might not be dead but it has definitively stalled while competitors are still going forward.

If the main cause is the sirocco, it makes it poor choice of devellopment from my point of view. I'm just absolutly not excited by this car even if it might be a good move from a marketing point of view.

Wherever this game ends, it would have been a great adventure for both the Devs and us the players.

Real cars are a waste of time. The Sirocco is one good example. More than 6 month to make 1 car. Cause they have to match almost perfectly the real one.

How many fantasy cars could have been created during that time?

If I had to choose 1 type of car I don' t really know. Maybe a 700 Hp super car or a Race truck

The only thing this video shows is that the RF factor F1 handles at least as well as the real one and that someone spent probably a ridiculous amount of time to make that video.

I would be much more impressed if both car were to lose grip under the same condition.

It s quite pointless to valuate something we know nothing about.

If the content was to disapoint me I might not even spend 1£ for it.

For the city thing first it would not be faisable by just one artist and It would be some kind of betrayal regarding their first commitment!
