Technically, the rain shouldn't look longer. If your trying to emulate a photograph, the shutter speed used to freeze the action of the car will have been fast, the car won't have been going much faster than the rain, if faster at all.. So the rain should either be almost invisible or small dots.
He isn't cheating, in proper 5v5 games (all of these clips are taken from those) its most likely your team would let you know they're all pushing up banana (that place he shoots through the wall to), so prefiring some awp bullets through that wall is an easy thing to do and he just got lucky and killed one.
Not everyone on CS and CSS cheats, its just people assume that because they always get beat.
The reason I would have stayed behind was to get a draft coming out of the last turn. I'd fall back, get some room to pick up speed in the draft, and then gun it going into the final turn - pick up speed through the turn where his car is slowing down due to turning, then pass on the exit.
Why does anyone buy a £60 pair of shoes when they can just buy a £5 from the market? Why do people spend £100,000 on a Ferrari, when they can get the same or better performance for £25,000.
The brand.
Lets stop this argument please, why can't people accept that some people choose to use Mac's, and some people choose to use windows? Your forever trying to pursuade each other that either is better.
I hardly think we're forbidden to talk about the VW, its just the topics that fill up with useless spam posts like yours, are the ones that get closed.
I'm not on either side of the fence when it comes to this MAC/Windows argument, but saying that windows PC's are louder, is a pretty tripe thing to say. With the right set of passive coolers you can run most PC's completely silently, the same goes for a mac - its hardly a thing that's comparable between brands.
Also, help the OP and answer his bloody question won't ya!
I've never really been big into indy car racing and the likes, but it sounds to me like a pretty good finished. To try and help this argument a bit, just from reading and not having seen a replay, I don't think the "block" was intentional.
You have to remember that Phil was also racing Nolan, and if he wanted a good run at him on the final turn and the exit, then staying behind Nolan through turn 2 was the best option - I'm not just saying that because they're my team mates, I'm saying that because its what I would have done and I suspect quite a lot of others too.
I sent that phone picture in to their weather photo competition when i was like 13, then they emailed me & phoned me and told me they wanted me to judge next month's competition.
lens, and it depends how good. The really good quality Canon lenses (the L series, professional ones) start at £450 each, and range right up to the price of a brand new car.
I started off with my dad's compact Fuji S304 and took some pretty nifty shots with it, you don't need a good camera to take good photo's.
^^ That was taken on the £50 Fuji compact.
The one below was taken on my phone at the time, which is hilarious - as this picture ended up with me being on tele.

he's been rushed to hospital and there's en explosion of people on Twitter and Facebook saying he's dead already, though I think they're jumping to conclusions.
The cars are performance limited, you cannot upgrade or change the engine performance of them (aside from changing the intake restriction). Also, it tells you the HP and torque on the menu, so you don't really need a dyno.
To the OP, pointless suggestion - been said many many times and would be a waste of time and resources.
