As much as I do agree with you on this point, I was actually referring to the simple fact that the devs had a forum at race sim central in the very beginning but then moved on to get their very own and independent one.

Erm, TVE, although it's a long time ago, you're still the wrong person to point the finger at someone and judge him when it comes to a particular matter like this. Seriously, think before you post.

That said, i do agree with you (scammers, cheaters et cetera suck and need _proper_ punishment). But it seems that some people are able to learn from their mistakes, and some simple don't and probably never will be.
