Iirc Mika the commentator from game-tv said they had 6000 stream viewers last year in the 24 hours MoE race that was sponsored by Fanatec. But I bet it really depends on how it is advertised everywhere and how it is all done. I don't think it's the norm.

Tbh if I hadn't really searched for the broadcast here I wouldn't have seen that there will be any broadcast today.
After endless waiting for the start and just seeing "drifters" trying to drift instead of MoE coverage (what a disaster) I was to bored to wait any longer
but at least I enjoyed the last hour which was great (commentators and racing)

Place20 up to 50 in the hotlaps charts = hotlaps = offline driving
Offline driving = LSFW doesn't count fuel
(how can it if no Inet connection exists)
but there also must be another explanation for 13 online races he did without fuel.
Maybe because of a Database backup or something.

Maybe we should call it:

These are 2 different things!
And it was a question from Victor to us.
It's not like it is already in there, more like a thought or a maybe.

Yes (chatting, cutting, crossing pitlines, blue flags, not pitting during pit window etc.)
But it's usually always +x seconds
Like: Two times chatting = 2x +10 sec

Took me awhile to notice that you probably mean the car in the middle (not the crashed one)
and the brownish bar that is shown above it, I first thought it's one of the pole (light tower or whatever it is called) there but it looks like a tiny gfx prob.
Nothing to care about except you have it everytime when playing

Try the drivers that came with your card - they will work 100%.
If not then there is either something wrong with your OS installation
or with your GFX card.

No it wasn't
A special LFS version (with the MRT6 and the LX8) was used at the Games Convention in Leipzig in 2005 but it was never released to the public.
A beta tester gave this version out as Scawen said:

So there is no official version with these cars in it.
