Edit: Let's not make this history lesson.
In short: If Germany would have never rose to military power it was during WWII, I'd be speaking russia right now.
Doesn't sound like a powerhouse, I have no clue how much 13,5 foot-pounds is in Nm but I get a feeling it's somewhere between stationary and "Oh no, uphill. Unload shopping bags!"
Edit: Oh, there was already second page on this topic. Damn you people write fast.
Umm.... yeah... I ment the one from 80's. I was born in the 80's so that's the car I had picture hanging on my bedroom wall. I think I still have that stashed somewhere
I kinda like 80's styling in general, maybe because cars of mid-90's looked so damn dull.
250 TR from late 50's is beautiful looking car too, I appreciate it as an piece of art but that's all.
No need to be sarcastic, unless someone has extra invite left (unlikely), that's the only way to go. If you check the unofficial iRacing forums on RSC you see invite request topics being made every day where people are begging for invites that no one has.
As soon as there's any info about new wave of invites, we'll let you know.
It seems like there's very few real fans who enjoy watching their favorite driver being successfull but plenty of those who don't care who wins aslong as they get to say how much other drivers suck. I already had to stop reading couple F1 boards because cry and whine was just getting unbearable.
I'm not a Hamilton-fan but it was a good drive, no doubt about it. He showed that he can keep is head cool and concentrate. He needs to keep doing that however since Kubica and both Ferraris are strong when they're not let down by technical difficulties or wrong race strategy.
DWB: I assume he was referring to team's decision to stay on worn intermediates which cost him lot of time and made it very difficult to stay on track.
Just stick to the Legends and you'll be fine. Run a qualify to get out of the midfield madness and you might make it through. Rookie version does get quite boring however, so I'd recommend unrestricted Advanced version.
Just noticed that qualify times for Adv. Solstice suck balls. They are scheduled 10 minutes after race start, so you have to skip race if you want to run 4 qualify laps. On the otherhand Adv. Legends qualify sessions are 10mins after the race so you can finish the race, grab a cup of coffee and go get some hotlaps done while waiting for road race session.
Same, didn't realise that and so I had no qualify time for it. Started somewhere from the middle but was already second after T1 and eventually won the race. Had a nice battle for the first place while rest of the field was ~20sec behind
Have to say, last season was good and this is even better. 3-way tie for the championship although I don't think Massa can hang in there until the end.
You could see both Ferraris really struggling in last corner and there was good onboard replay of Massa's spin there, he was barely on throttle when backend just snapped out.
By the way, forget your Solstices and get into Advanced Legends.
It's just an awesome car and I hope there's going to be road series for it in the near future. Although I wouldn't mind having more power under the hood
Have to feel little bad for Kubica who couldn't run at all in Q3 due to rear suspension problem.
Hamilton on the otherhand, I don't know what to think of it. 4th position ain't bad and I'm expecting him to have little bit more fuel than Heikki, but it's his inconsistency that's costing so much time. It could be all the PR stuff that is reflecting to his performance on the track.
